• PLEASE! It is VERY important that this area is not used for the discussion of technical issues with your Stinger. This section is for posting about regional-specific things like Stinger clubs, events, local vendor or dealer recommendations, KiaStinger.com member sightings, etcetera... In other words, I do NOT want people to need to scour through several different sections to find answers about their heads up display. That's why there's a section dedicated specifically to discussions like that. THANK YOU!

Australia-Specific Kia Stinger Discussion

Hahaha no thanks occasionally purple :p Micro Blue is the best colour in the range but I am a bit biased
I was at Blacktown Kia yesterday and was told they sold their first and second Micro Blue last month. Hadn't had any allocated prior to that and no orders placed.

I love the Deep Chroma Blue - but I'm pretty sure I don't want to own it (dark colours have several issues on cars, sadly).

Any luck with the interview the other day?

Hi All,
Saw a Mustang on the Western Ring Road this morning in a similar colour to the Micro Blue. It looked amazing.

I drive up and back from work on that highway every day. Better now that they finished it but it won't be long until they start work again.

Back to the Stinger.

I did test drive the 2Lt GT-Line as well as the 3.3Lt GT. The 2Lt had enough power and handled well, but the extra features of the GT swayed me over, plus the good deal on the new MY20, factory fresh, sealed the deal.

Ok, I live very close to where the Western Ring Road crosses over the Tullamarine Fwy.

It’s odd that since they released in October 2017 they’ve only had 2 of that colour allocated to the dealership. I guess more orders would be placed if people could see them. I was always interested in it as a colour but didn’t decide 100% until I saw one up close. I don’t get the popularity of the ceramic silver to be honest.

The Ceramic Grey is a colour I can admire, but I don't think I could own it.

I was seriously thinking about the ceramic grey but when it came to crunch time, due to the fact that I keep cars for 3 years, the ceramic grey can limit potential buyers when I sell it. Just my thoughts.

Agree that the silver doesn't stand out but respect others choices of colour.

They also had 3 x Yellow but each was subsequently written off.

The dealership where I got my car sold their last two red Stingers interstate and told us there are no more red's available in the country

Well, red seems to be popular. I haven't noticed any driving around Melbourne.
