ADRO USA

They had a quick clip on IG showing the seaborne shipment arriving a while back.
They told at least two of us our shipments were aboard that container.
I got mine. It is possible that urs came but hasn’t shipped out yet. Do to the holidays
 
I ordered a hood and front lip from them on 6 Dec. Asked for an update on the 21st and 28th; no response at all. Trying to be patient since it's the holiday season. Not knowing when they will get the parts in, let alone when I might get them, is getting frustrating though. Previous inquiries were answered within 24 hours, but they go radio silent after getting my money...definitely doesn't inspire confidence/trust.

Definitely don’t expect it that quick. Not sure if @usafonz got his hood yet, but I think he ordered this summer.

They didn’t reply to my emails initially. I wasn’t even pestering them, I just wanted to know more about the V2 splitter installation. Then when I saw an IG clip that they received the first half of a shipment I asked if I was in that one and stated my concern that they were unresponsive.

The problem with these guys is they get a bunch of money up front and they’re in no rush to get you your parts, even after they arrive state side.

The first container arrived early October and the Second one early November and the only guys I see getting their parts are locals from California.

Wasn't expecting the products to have already shipped. My post-order inquiries, the ones with no response, were only asking for an update on expected availability.

Prior to ordering, I asked when the CF hood would be available. They responsed that a shipment was expected in ~5 weeks (around the second week of January). I'm not expecting the hood until late January based on that. I didn't ask about the lip at the time because I missed it was a pre-order until after ordering. No clue when they'll recieve/ship that item.

And yes, i ordered july 10th. To say the least, i will probably never order another product from them again. 1 delay turned into September, another delay turned into october, another delay turned into late october, another delay turned to december, and its now January. If I dont get my hood by mid February i'll call/email to get my money back.

I’m getting my money back. Guess I gave them an interest free business loan. Not sure what the deal is with these guys. Tried calling (619)500-6166 and their email with no luck.
 
Yeah, still nothing from these guys. No email, no phone call. I want my money back. I dont care how good their product is, bad business like this shouldnt get my money. Covid or not, they should atleast inspire confidence to customers that they actually care.
 
Maybe can give some guidance. Adro Korea was having some issues with manufacturing and unfortunately the hood was one of the items affected
We have a couple hoods on order with them as well
But originally was supposed to come on the container that arrived in October-ish time period but got pushed back to the next container but that container hasnt been released to Adro USA yet

Although it sucks really bad but I cant speak for their emails/call problems but I can assure you atleast ive shown them this thread and the hoods are en route

I wish they’d just send out a mass email to explain a simple issue like that. 30 seconds out of their day that would save themselves and us time and aggravation. Why should friends and associates have to speak on their behalf? I’d be embarrassed. They could also leave an update on IG or Facebook. Why so clandestine?

I could see them not caring though. If I cancel my order, someone else will buy it. Have they really lost anything? My respect? Can’t buy much with that.

That’s just it, they don’t have much of a presence, not enough for me to not be concerned that I might not get the product or my money back if I continue to wait. No phone number, no address, very small foot print.

I see what’s going on with the Jonny Tig group buy, and while the wait would be disappointing and the lack of communication frustrating, I’m confident I’d get what I ordered eventually based on past performance.

Looks like ADRO USA LLC and Kia Hyundai Auto Repair in Murrieta, CA
(951) 677-6644 are one and the same.

Why so deceptive about your involvement with the company?

You run Khartunerz and Kia Hyundai Auto Repair and are one of the first sources anyone will see if they are searching for Kia Stinger or Genesis parts.

This is your community; take ownership, be involved and help your customers out. ...And answer those emails!

Looks like ADRO is now recognized by the BBB at the same address as Khartunerz.

It’s public information, anyone can see for themselves the LLC and the people associated. There are only two, the guy who prepared the form and Nick.

edit: there is also another entity listed, 82 Distribution LLC, that’s an LLC within the ADRO USA LLC. Regardless, Nick is directly involved and pretended like he had nothing to do with any of this.
