Has anyone seen any Stingers in the wild?

I get to announce a "sighting" in the second person: a friend of mine at the slot car track yesterday was showing me his "new" Ford Explorer (his fifth one) and was admiring my Stinger, and he said that he saw a white one driving around just this past week. Oh, the irony. (Which makes me wonder: how do we tell if we don't get a clear look at the tag/plate, that it isn't a dealership car, either being test driven or "borrowed" by the salesman?)

IMO, in the wild means "not on dealership property." Seeing a Stinger on a test drive is still interesting to me...probably more rare of an occurrence than seeing an owned Stinger out and about.
 
I’ve seen 3 in these past two days. It’s recored for me ha.

My wife just sent that from her cell phone. She's visiting our son's kids in Bountiful. I just drove all over the east side this afternoon, clear over the ridge and into Utah County. I have been actively looking for a sighting for almost half a year, and nothing. My wife is casually pooping around with grandkids and there is another Silky Silver. This is just too silly.
 
Well there I was in the wife’s car on the way to work this morning. My baby was rugged up in the garage as I dont take her to work. Any way this white Stinger comes out of nowhere and I followed him admiring his LED brake lights. I followed him a long way then started flashing my lights to get him to pull over. Eventually he pulled over looking a little worried at why this guy was pulling him over as I was wearing my pilots uniform he must have thought I was a cop. Any way I got out of the car and said to him not to freak out and that I’m not a looney and I asked was he on the Stinger forum? Any opportunity to get a new member, hows that for dedication.... anyway we had a chat about the car and he said he would join. If he doesn’t join up , next time I will run him over ! Lol

Yup, he didn’t even get out of his car! I suppose if I did that in the USA I would get shot!

Seen 3 more they where all girl drivers. Two gt model one with awd and other rwd. Then last one was premium model.
 
Heading home, slowed to make a left....saw an oncoming stinger. The funny part was we were both looking at each others car with open stares,lol.

A close encounter today. I was waiting to turn left on Wilshire Blvd. in West L.A. Going West and turning left right in front of me was a white Premium AWD, I think. It had the not GT wheels and I think the badge on the back was AWD not GT. I sort of saw this as the driver was swinging around behind me to line up to turn right on to Wilshire going East. I got the drivers attention and we waved to each other. Then he was gone like the wind.

So far as I know there's only been about 6 Stingers sold in this market Up until this week, I'd only seen one other one on the streets. Then twice this week, I found myself beside one. A black one on Monday and a White one on Thursday. Pretty tough to not notice them.
