Burger Tuning JB4 for Kia Stinger!

It makes perfect sense. You wouldn't want the JB4 changing the AFR if it can't read what the AFR is in the first place.

Well the good news is there is more on tap.
The car is running better than ever by a bunch.
Night and day. Wouldnt have known this was a performance issue. Bad news is tomorrow is street drags and I gotta get her hooked up asap.

A knife and a metal hangar
was worried about disfiguring the grommet didnt want to cut it. It was an hour long, 15minute job. Aren't they all, lol. But it's done and test and tune is tomorrow. Been drag racing bikes and cars since 88. But it's been a while and the feeling is back, cant wait!

So the cord through the firewall is a must ? No blue tooth option around this ?

If you want me to check it out post a log here or on n54tech so we can ensure you're at full power! :)

I believe the cord through firewall is only needed for the extra diagnostics/features & fuel wire power advantages. The jb4 without the obdII still works and produces great gains, it’s simply better and designed to use that too.

Ty you Terry, you've been right there the whole time. I'm gonna guess were at full power but I'll take some logs tomorrow and let you have a gander. Thanks again! Great product phenomenal support.

Terry, i tried to load a couple .csv logs here but it says they are too large each. 5 to 7kb. Do I just email them to your support group or to your email instead? Thanks!

I had a spirited drive with a Hellcat today.. it had rims and exhaust and sounded and looked great.. from 60-125 we were basically even using Map 2.

I rolled down my window and gave him a thumbs up.. He got but hurt and pulled off the highway without a single acknowledgement..

It was a good thing though as I put myself into limp mode... haha

*Old man sigh*...

Guess I'll do it tomorrow when I change the oil.

Hey @Kamauxx,

Just as an FYI:

Instead of cutting through the firewall, using the blunt end of a screwdriver, I was able to push the complete grommet towards the engine bay. I slid the cord threw and pushed the grommet back into place.

This is exactly what I did as I didn’t want to ruin the grommet
