From my understanding this is a stock Stinger but if the values were to be inflated wouldn’t both the base line and secondary test be equally as inflated? At the end of the day we are looking at the difference compared to the base line which is what the manufacturer boasts, not the actual HP/TQ value.Ya know, as we keep replying to this thread, we do keep helping them get more potential business, BUT...
Looking at the Dynojet dyno looks a little curious. I've always taken my cars to Dynojet dynos so that I can stick with the relatively typical 15% drivetrain power loss at the wheels. This has proven to be fairly (and again, relatively) accurate to what the factory rates at the crank versus the results at the wheels.
342.87 wheel HP is 403.38 crank HP. Even if the Stinger GT is underrated, it seems strange to be underrated by a whopping 35 HP. Are we sure this was dyno tested on a bone stock Stinger GT?Starting at 340 WHP just screams at least an exhaust system.
