NO I did notDid you just turn off ESC, or put in mode 2 per the instructions? Did you see the "Launch Control Ready" message before removing your foot from the brake?

Then you were not "in" launch control mode, according to these experts. I'm all ears (or "eyes" to be literal about this medium of exchange of ideasNO I did not
Hmm! Now I don't comprehend what you guys are talking about. What are you doing that the car is limiting to 2-2,500 rpm? (edit: I will hazard a guess: you are holding the brake pedal down during launch "wind up" and watching the tach to get the rpms up as high as they'll go before releasing the brake?)
The baby is sitting at home in the polebarn. Washed it yesterday and had a garage door opener installed cause now I have a need for opening that door more often. I saw the VID and never saw that READY message light up on my car.. I do appreciate all the responses..Follow the steps in the manual, or either of the videos I posted, and report back. I think you'll be happy..![]()
If you have the AWD..I don't think you will be all that impressed.. you may be like me and say what? That's it? I would really like to try out a RWD and see if there is a difference.
You have the 19s?
Yes sir.
In Jersey my car come up here in the cold weather with 18" all seasons. Yea it will be 94* on Saturday

I guarantee you that, same power, same tires, same road, the AWD will get off the line faster. The question is at what speed the RWD catches up.@Kazz: all very logical. And the 19" wheels are half an inch wider in the rear than the front.
But from what I've read, the factory 0-60 numbers are RWD, not AWD. The AWD gets smoked by RWD using LC. The driver has zero input. It's all car.
Could a driver beat the LC, even in an AWD? This car accelerates very fast once rolling, so, push smooth and only down fast once the car hits c. 20 mph, then give it all it's got. I've done this a few times. Enough to know that I have to brace myself for the Gs or else my brain does a flip flop.![]()
