Kia Stinger Rear Spoiler Discussion

Had an idea on the reflectors but wondering if it would look good. Taking the small Stinger emblem and using it as a template to exacto knife the word out of the vinyl on the reflector. Thoughts?

I think it sounds good esp. if you have the lights in the reflectors.

I’m not a fan of how the spoiler stops at the hatch opening.

I’d like to see either a 3 piece design that extends on to the rear deck or a slightly raised spoiler that attaches to the hatch but overhangs to the rear deck.

I thought the same thing at first but some of them painted body color still look pretty good imo.

I have the type G gloss black on silky silver and will be gloss black vinyl wrapping the small vehicle panels directly on either side this weekend for a more uniform appearance.

I'm getting my "G" done as we speak (on my Silky Silver)! I was going to go with the "flat" gloss black, but decided to go with gloss black with flakes in it. I matched up his swatches and went back and forth, I then made the choice based on the flakes in the my Silky Silver. Now I'm hoping when he's done it won't look grey. My point, I like @DigitalGuru18 and the look. << Please mine look that good, please...

Correct! Mine is “hermetically” sealed with tape all around x two. Lol. That thing is never coming off. Waiting on my second source of black vinyl wrap for the reflectors since Premium Auto Styling went something that was about 2” too short.

I am waiting on the taillight, rear reflector and front amber smoke vinyl from them. I hope they send the right size pieces.

It should. I actually started it last weekend then screwed it up halfway through and now have more vinyl to start over. Those small panels to either side of the hatch are a b**** to wrap if you’re not a pro.

I spilled my swear jar and filled a larger one. Lol

The spoiler was the easy part.

I got it local here in Brooklyn they have two types that is the low one. Spoiler kings I believe he also post it on eBay.

Did you sent the spoiler to a body shop? or paint it yourself?

I have my spoiler here, i want it shiny black(same color as the black stuff in the car).
But the body shop asked $300 for the service

Any ideas how to paint it properly?

Took it to a body shop my dealer uses, paid AU$275 painted & fitted, I didn’t do a thing, am very happy with the result.
