Kia Stinger Rear Spoiler Discussion

My spoiler should come today... will get it painted, then ad a couple pieces of double sided tape. Thank you whoever i seen doing it. No water at all should get under that!!!!

One point to note as I have seen both types, the G Type in this link, the bottom part of the spoiler finishes along the rear edge of the hatch panel, whereas the S Type also goes underneath the rear hatch panel in form of a U channel so to speak. I liked both versions but it was the S Type with this U channel swayed it for me a if fits nice & snug.
You can just see what I mean in the below picture.

Yes you are correct the S is more of an extension & once fitted I could just see the top edge centre in the rear view mirror so no obstruction at all with vision.

Companies take design they have and just modify them to fit on different car as it's easiest although sometimes they do a poor job. Seibon and vis have a few designs of vents for their hoods and just use them an all models of all cars. Some look nice and some don't. It's one way of reducing production cost. I also think this spoiler is to big for Stinger and doesn't flow with the lines of the car but it's something happening all the time in automotive industry.
