What did you do to your Kia Stinger today?

pulled out my Kicker sub box and replaced with a Rockville Rock Ghost V2 spare tire sub for more trunk space. will be buttoning it up later today.

had to tap ACC wire at amp (Kicker had auto turn-on, Rockville needs remote turn-on wire). also need to find some padding (to keep crap from rattling) to relocate factory jack and tools from spare tire insert and fit them next to battery under the tire.

Got a bit creative this arvo, decided to space out my rear mufflers looks stock from behind screams from inside lol !

Hmmm dunno why pic's didn't load?

Anyway have a great day I'm off to the racetrack in the AM

Righto put the stock rear mufflers with bi-modal valves back on... every time I come to a stop you would swear the motor has stopped.

just finished removing the rear seat and sound proofing the floor underneath , easy removal , just pull straight up on the front on each side and the 2 clips release easily , there is one electrical clip on the passenger side that need to be released as well ...............I'll road test and report in time
Sorry not sorry for the bump but i can certainly confirm it is NOT that easy as i have spent all afternoon trying to remove all rear seat pieces without damaging anything.

Anybody have some advice or pic's on how the rear cushions and backrest are removed please?

I am contemplating a colour swap but if i cannot even work this out i will just give up .

Edit : For anybody else... cheers

there's two bolts where the bottom meets the top, close to the outer baby seat anchors. the front end of the bottom does pull off. once you've pulled off the bottom, you'll see the anchors for the tops.

During a garage sort out I found my sheet of heat shielding I lost years ago and have started tracing my new dump pipe covers .
And of course now that my turbo oil burning issue is resolved I bought a spare exhaust and decided to turn the cats into dogs lol.

Unreal... The throttle response is next level, this is how you get a stinger to run 10's... you aint gonna do it with stock cats and pipes...
Hopefully I font get sick of it too soon.. at least it's only an hour to swap it back to stock for long drives

Car is clean, not really a fan of the lip though. I don't really like lips on most cars that aren't color matched or more integrated like older ground effect pieces. That color though, wish I coulda got a ceramic silver car.

Finally had a chance to install my Velossa Tech Big Mouths. Used youtube videos to help with the removal of the front bumper.
Not a difficult process!
