Here in Canada, with average of 2000 - 2700 DA, I've gotten, my last two (only two) times with these installed, w/ k & N filters, a very steady 13.05- 13.15 secs. depending on which out of the 2 usual drag strips I go to.Looks great! I have the same thing.
What kind of 1/4 mile times are you getting?

Mine is the GT2 AWD model.
I know, some say we should be getting 12.8-12.9, of which my top ever times of 12.956 was 6-7 weeks ago without the snorkels (but k & n filters were in), but had less than half a tank of gas that day on those runs.. I've managed 12.98 again last week with 5/8 tank full.
Before, a bit inconsistent, but now, super consistent times with lesser time variations !!
See my run times in my youtube channel of various runs I did vs many cool cars..
Nice, I got mine on about a week and a half ago. Got the new wheels and tires on just a few days ago. Wanted the wider Rokblokz for the wider 255 tires I went with. Rokblokz and sideskirts to help reduce wet-spray and road debris kicked up by tires.Added the RokBlokz splash guards.View attachment 61577

EBC Brakes would like to apologise for it’s non supply of front and rear pads for the Stinger of late, some are being airfreighted to the USA in ten days time in Red and Yellow for fast street and some of the Blue NDX trackday pads are also due.I purchased the rotors directly from Cquence. They are just the plain, smooth face "sport" rotors. Which without the holes or slots, means I probably could have just purchased from Centric as they are just machined at Cquence, but whatever. The best part is the black "e-coating" on the hats and sides of the rotors. The stock ones aren't coated and my rims (TSW Neptune) show through to the hats, so the black looks much better than rust.
I purchased the pads from buybrakes.com. It was my first time using them, but their prices were among the best. Customer service was really good. Apparently the EBC YellowStuff rear pads were out of stock, so they reached out to try and get me something similar to fulfill the order. In the end, all the similar rear pads (StopTech and Hawk) were all on backorder, so I just opted to wait for the EBC rear pads to come back in stock. It took about 8 weeks from order to get everything in hand.
Install was easy. Front rotors came off with a few mallet whacks. The rear rotors needed a little more persuasion with a nut and bolt placed through the caliper ear mounting location to push the rotor from behind. My buddy is a tool junky so he had all the goodies to make it a simple job - QuickJack lift, caliper spreader, and a Motive Pressure Bleeder.
Costs:
Total = $815 and 6 hours of wrenching
- Cquence Sport Plain rotors - set of 4 = $520 (w/ 5% memorial day sale)
- EBC YellowStuff front pads (DP42356R) = $125
- EBD YellowStuff rear pads (DP42357R) = $120
- StopTech 600F Fluid (3 cans 500ml) = $50
I'm still impressed with the increase in stopping power. Even easy stops during the brake-in period are noticeably more grabby. I can't wait to get them out on a twisty mountain road.
If I had caught the vibration early or changed the pads primitively, I could have saved some cost on the rotors. No way in hell I'd risk the dummies at the Kia dealership to remove, machine, and replace my rotors. The cost of the new rotors vs the likelihood of a tech damaging my wheels was a no brainer.
No worries. I understand that supply chain and manufacturing issues happen, especially now during the pandemic. I appreciate the comment and commitment to the community to update us on the availability. The race pads in RP-1 and RP-X will soon be added to the pad line up for the stinger, due in 45 days.
Thank you

MN sucks, 50% is what is legal here. I got it basically for the heat rejection purpose as it can get pretty damn hot in the sun with all black interior. I don't mind eyes on me, lol, just not the copsDang I’d die if I could only get 40%. At 20%, I still feel eyes on me lol. Looks good. I don’t think you’ll get bothered.
True story...i tend to park away from everyone just so i can get a good look as i wander away. Not much today, just drove a bit but decided to take a pic of it after work. Too bad my phone's camera didn't really catch it properly. If you don't look back at your car after you parked it, you bought the wrong car.View attachment 61663
Let me check with our development guys in the week and come back to you. ThanksCurious if the Two Piece Rear Rotor is still something EBC is planning to make available.
Last I heard from Steve W it was on the back burner pending success with the front Two Piece sales.

So far I have loved the extra stopping power from the EBC YellowStuff pads. The parts were easy to install and top quality from my point of view.

I've had multiple tinted window tickets on every car I've ever owned that had tinted windows. Which is why I was really hesitant to get tint again after all these years but my car is an inferno inside at times. Doesn't matter how nice I've been to the officer. I've done the roll your windows down trick and you know what, they've told me to put them back up so they can test them. They see my face, I'm getting a ticket automatically. You probably wouldn't understand.Looks good.
Here in Ohio I think 50% is the law for the front side, and any for back side and rear windshield. I have 20% all around on my Stinger, and the same on my last few cars, and have never been ticketed for the darker tints. It's all about the police officer feeling safe to approach your vehicle. If you do get pulled over, put your windows down (all four) with dome lights on and I highly doubt you will ever be cited/ticketed for tints.
