What did you do to your Kia Stinger today?

Considering the gt has almost 7 liters of oil (and you will get that much with the extractor)… you may have to stop midway and empty.
I swear the dealer over filled the oil. I had like 7.5 l (not quarts).

Yeah, I get that. That's ok - I have to transfer to two gallon recycling jugs anyway at some point, so whether I do that in the middle or at the end doesn't matter too much. It's supposed to do something like 1 gal/min, so it's not like it would take that long. My goal is to see if I can remove the pneumatic setup to use it to go to the recycling jugs directly. Or just do 2-3 quarts, empty, then let it run type of thing.

If it's a real hassle, I'll just return it and keep using my Fumoto. I've already done that twice. However, I'm doing HPDE, so I'm flushing the oil much more often (this time after ~700 miles), and I'm planning to not bother with the oil filter this time. The '15 chrysler minivan also takes a bunch (and has a fumoto as well). The real reason I'm trying this is that the wife's mk7 gti doesn't have a fumoto available and has some funky plastic plug. I think that will fit into here as well.

I verified my bike fits inside, which I don't plan to do frequently, but I want the option for "in a pinch". I'll be installing the draw-tite receiver for my hitch rack when it comes.

Oh wow, nice. Where did you purchase the pads and rotors and how much? (And what part numbers :D)
This thread has a decent bit of info you’re looking for.

The rears are Cquence Sport Slotted Brake Rotors. They are simply machined Centric rotors you pay a premium for. Picked them up on sale direct from Cquence.
Other vendors advertise sale prices that are higher than the retail price direct from the manufacturer, so be careful who you buy them from.

I considered the EBC rear rotors, but they haven’t released the two piece yet and their one piece rears cost almost as much as what I spent on the front two piece (admittedly I got a good deal, but...)

The Yellow pads weren’t all that easy to come across when I was looking. But I’m patient and like building part piles. Some places like Summit will falsely show them in stock and even to lie to you on the phone to tie up your money. Best to contact and confirm with EBC directly or Perfect Brakes since they drop ship 99% of the time. Red Stuff seems to be available in abundance.

The lines are from Hosetecnik in England, they shipped them overnight for $18 in shipping costs via DHL (if I remember correctly). Great customer service too. Bill helped me out

Nice! I'm digging the front discs.

I'm currently on week 5 of waiting for EBC YellowStuff pads from backorder. Cquence rotors, front pads, and fluid are standing by for now. My OEM pads and rotors have a mild shudder and the bite is gone. I can't wait to upgrade.

Also, nice "color math" here. YellowStuff + Brembo = Federation Orange :D
They’ll be nice and black soon and lose the Skittles effect

Yeah, Stinger parts aren’t always that easy to come by I’m finding. Takes some patience and determination sometimes (and $$$).

One liter of Castrol SRF brake fluid was just enough to do a complete bleed and flush. No air got trapped up in the ABS valve bodies which made me happy too. Hate using tech stream to bleed Toyota brakes after component replacement.

Finally got the Stinger back from the shop after 8 weeks of withdrawals.. (was in the shop for only 3.5 weeks as they had a backlog) .. found a couple dust specks on the paint so far that I will see if they can remove but the paint match seems pretty good.. new bumper, fender, and driver rocker panel ..

Dust specks? After eating c. 20 lbs of rubber-encased steel, you're worried about a couple of dust specks. :D

If my Jeep can run without doors, why not a Stinger?
Trying for the Mad Max look? Three doors to go: take off the sunroof: mount a Ma Deuce up there: remove hatch lid and put a second one back there. That should do it.

Oh, that blatant, I see. Well, I'd be making noises too. May you have satisfaction.

Looks good!
