What did you pay for your Kia Stinger?

I bought my 2018 GT1 AWD, All black interior w/ 32000 miles about 3 months ago, Came with tinted windows. Financed through my credit union as well for 2.5 %, OTD for 29995. Im happy with the price. Only one in 100 mile radius I found w/ this millage under 30k. Searched every day for about 4-5 weeks.
What exterior color? I found that black and "gunmetal" gray stingers can be had for $32k

I test drove pretty much two of the exact same models the same mileage. The sway bars make a big difference. The lowering springs also are very nice, they don't negativity affect the ride at all. But they definitely give the car a better looking stance IMO. During the test drive I did not realize the car was lowered. That should tell you a lot because usually lower cars ride like sh*t.

I'm doing the Eibach coils next. Waiting for the dealership to get them in. I got this car so damn cheap I can afford to splurge on toys for it

Pearl white. Specifically wanted that and the reason I searched low and high for all those weeks. When I got to the dealership the salesman didn't even know they had it. I got there pretty quick (next day) after whomever at the dealership posted it online.

Prices on the stingers used are pretty crazy. Anyone that thinks they depreciate heavily has done zero research.

Yeah, I learned that quickly through all the research. I do not have the 360 camera nor the sunroof. Two things that I do not need nor thought were necessities. Had another car for 6+ years and don't think I ever used to sunroof, maybe hand full of times.

the 360 camera is kind of handy in tight underground parking spots.

I'm a bit indifferent to sunroofs. Mine has one but its been so damn hot (plus I'm bald), I rarely have it open.

I bought my white GT2 when the Stinger was not well known. Dealer had it in showroom 4 months. They wanted to move it. I called they said $40k. I went immediately and bought it. MSRP was $52.5k. I think this the best deal I have gotten in the 63 new cars I've purchased.
I really like the Stinger and my wife loves the ventilated seats. It's coming up on 2 years of ownership ( oct) and not one issue.

Mine was 42.5k a year and a half ago. Those days are long gone!

Oh wow, this is just bizarre!

So when I bought my stinger, there was an ADM on the door sticker, but I said "no, look here, this is the price you are selling on the internet for" and the dealer said "well yeah, but that's not the selling price" I said, "no, look right here, it literally says 'selling price'". I got that knocked off and wasn't even going to consider the car with a ridiculous ADM. Applied incentives and got what I would consider a fair deal, nothing great.

I saved the add for it. You can't quite see the price because the stupid chat box is in the way, but you can tell there's nothing "added" that you can't see, it's the retail price, plus their "doc fee" (yes, I know all about those). Untitled2.webp

So on a whim I go back and have a look at the cars on their website again...OMFG!

Holy jesus, 5, 6 and 7K markups. And that's a 7K markup on a 2021! We kind of have a captive audience up here, but I've never seen such craziness. I've bought cars from this group before from other brands and never seen this or ADMs like this, even with BMW. My backup plan was just to buy one from Seattle, go there and enjoy it on a vacation, and drive it back through Canada. All told it would be a hell of a lot cheaper than this. You can buy down there and have them put it on a boat for far cheaper (I've done that before).

Just wow!

Those prices are insane.
It's literally right after I showed them their internet "selling price" was MSRP. Well now it ain't...

Why don't you send this to Kia Corporate and tell them it's all over this thread and community and people are now getting upset. We are trying to promote the brand and buy a stinger and the dealers are ripping us off!!!

Fortunately in Canada, dealers aren't allowed to add markups.

2018 GT1…RWD. 1 owner lease, 40k miles, includes driver safety package. Private deal. Talked owner down to $32,500…is that a good deal?

Dealer just bought my 2016 Maxima Platinum back from me…$1,900 less than what I paid for it 2.5 years ago (and 40k miles later). Couldn’t pass it by.

I can pull the trigger on the GT1…or, my alternative is to drive my old Firebird with no AC over the summer and wait for prices to drop (if they do). Not crazy about that idea, but willing lol

In my opinion, the miles are a bit much...but the price is around the Okish territory, I would have preferred it down to 28k but these are crazy times

2019 AWD GT red leather. CPO, 34k miles.
$32,700 before dealer fees and taxes. You think that’s more reasonable based on age/mileage?

That's 41k CAD. That's about what they are selling for here varying mileage.

When you consider in Canada when they launched, they were 47k CAD (before heavy discounts), impressive how well they have held up.

It's too bad the full Kia warranty doesn't transfer to the second owner.

If the car is in beautiful condition inside and out that's probably decent. Mileage still seems high but it's slim pickens out there.
