I sent a request to cancel my pre-order for the hood and requested a refund for the deposit. That was acknowledged by whoever's checking their email. 35 days later...no refund. I asked 5 days ago how long the refund process takes...no response.

@NICK_KHAR , any way you can help? I just want to cancel my order and get my money back. I already got a hood from another vendor and I'm happy to wait to wait until another vendor has the front CF splitter available. This has been an absolutely horrible experience.

Look how Nick and his partners run Kia Hyundai auto repair. They’re not even ethical enough to operate their service center with the proper licensure. If you look it up they’re still delinquent. Shows how they handle business. There’s a pattern....

Has anyone recieved an order from Adro? Being ignored by Nick, or whoever's running this company, is getting really old.

I eventually got a refund for the hood and just recently received the v2 front lip in lue of the v1 I ordered. Both activities were a huge PITA. Needless to say, I will not be shopping with ADRO again.

Out of curiosity how has your V2 front lip been holding up? Is there anything you recommend putting on it before install or is it fine as is?
 
They had a quick clip on IG showing the seaborne shipment arriving a while back.
They told at least two of us our shipments were aboard that container.
Did anyone ever receive Thier things lol?
