I’ve had both the round and the oval tips on my MBRP exhaust. It’s really just trial and error to get the round ones in. Shave a bit of the diffuser on inner edge top and bottom as that is where the round tips bind. Keep shaving until they fit.
Here are photos of each installed. I don’t have any of the opening prior to install.
Aliexpess requires a lot of research. Some sellers charge crazy shipping rates while others are more reasonable. I spent a lot of time looking for decent shipping to Canada. I posted the listing/seller i used in this thread.
Why would anyone go through the trouble of machining exhaust tips from billet vs just stamping and wrapping? Seems total overkill for a non-load-bearing part.

On a side note I took the car in for a power steering calibration and now I have no drone.... No idea how, I really hope they didn't reflash over my tune.
Almost three months later (ordered 19 May) these finally arrived. At first I was going to paint the tips black but I think I might just keep them as is.
Received mine yesterday as well! All 4 came looking great - fit on the Borla perfectly (51mm in). I ordered August 24th and arrived yesterday. Based on your shipping, I decided to spend a bit extra and got 10-14 days shipping with DHL (it took 3 business days! Picked it up Saturday, was delivered yesterday afternoon). Thank you again for posting, they are perfect!!

Not SnowyGT2, but I went with size A as OEM are 105mm. I would measure your muffler tip size to get the accurate inside measurement for your specific exhaust (I went with 51mm for the Borla).
I went with Size A (75 x 105) as Size B would be too large for the factory cutouts. Make sure to get the correct inlet diameter for your exhaust like Nockalous stated.
These tips are a great choice if you want to stay close to OEM but add just a bit more visual punch (and of course help reduce noise in the cabin).
I have been trying to find glossy black ones but have had no luck. Glossy black would blend perfectly with the trim on the Stinger! Let me know if you find any! For now I purchased the stainless steel ones and will get them powder coated glossy black.
I hope this helps everyone and saves them 41 pages of reading if they wanted oval tips!!!
To save people a lot of reading I will condense what I have learned here for the oval tips:
If you want the carbon fiber look order these: https://m.aliexpress.com/item/33031...tedetail&spm=a2g0s.9042311.0.0.6efe4c4dth6tpa
I have the Borla system which comes out the same as OEM so I went with "In 51 Out Size A". If you have a different exhaust you would need to adjust the "In" size accordingly. You select the size under the "Color" drop down menu. The carbon fiber ones can not be powder coated since the process will melt the wrap on them. Order the stainless steel ones if you want to powder coat them to a different style.
If you want the stainless steel look or want a different look via powder coating order these using the same instructions as above:
