2018 GT2 ADDRESS ENTRY SOLVED

On the input line enter each element of address i.e. [number] [street] [city] [state] with a single space between each element and it will then go into search and find the address. Wish they had given format of entry in the input line.

So MapnSoft version 14 is now fully functional in my 2018 GT2 Stinger and I am embarrassed

I just did the update from a blank SD card with @JohnL files unzipped to it. worked like a charm.

They removed the software download for some reason. Here is the updater software (version 1.0.22 noticed others from the screenshots had version 1.0.20), just change the region in settings from Korea to the U.S.:

Tried updating my 2018 GT2 and keep on getting error 107... I've tried files from the Updater Tool and two setup zips from various people from Google Drive and MediaFire. I actually hashed all files in all 3 versions and they turned out all to be the same. Any ideas? I'm trying to upgrade from CK.USA.SOP.V098.180821.STD_H

I have the files for 2018. What tool did you use for the hash and what was the hash value? I'll check your hash against the hash of my files just in case what I have is different. I have no way to test it since I have a 2019.

I'm also getting the 107 error. 2018 Premium, upgrading from 12.0 or 12.5, using stock SD card that came with my car in 2018 that I used to upgrade right after I bought it. Used installer program, got 2018 Stinger update downloaded and used the installer to transfer to SD card. Error 107. Redownloaded & had installer transfer to SD card again. Same error this morning on the drive to work. Definitely interested in collaborating to get this figured out.

I have the files for 2018. What tool did you use for the hash and what was the hash value? I'll check your hash against the hash of my files just in case what I have is different. I have no way to test it since I have a 2019.

7Zip... it has right click CRC32 hashing of files and folders.

It did, but menus have changed--you enter address as [number] [street] {city] [state] with single space betwen on input line after pressing on magnifying glass on map. No more address icon and input fields.

Thanks! What year is your car and do you know what version you went from?
Asking because there seems to be a suspicion of problems going from 12.xx to 14.xx.

Looks like you had the original firmware from October, 13 2017.

Installed several times, looking for the former address entry icon that never showed up, but every installation went smoothly. Need to keep car running and occupy your mind with something else while it is updating. Follow on screen prompts. Think corrupt or missing files is a common issue since one of the first things MapnSoft wants for troubleshooting is the total size of files on the SD card (had to put in computer and look)

Using 7zip I got a CRC32 checksum for data: 13E17531
Checksum for data and names: 5FA0610A

Is that what you got?
