Glad to have that fiasco sorted out! Took my wheels and tires to a local tire shop and had them all remounted and balanced (and put on the car). I personally think it looks great with the slightly higher profile tires and with the car being lowered a bit by the ARK springs.

I am a touch concerned that the rear tires might rub the fender under very heavy compression, but I will have to wait and see about that. If they offered the wheel with a +40 offset, I probably should've gotten that.

Niche Methos 19x8.5 +35 and 19x9.5 +35
Continental ExtremeContact Sport 245/40 and 275/35

Edit: Forgot to mention that Fitment Industries refunded me the $80 dollars it cost to have all 4 wheels remounted and balanced, so that was a nice touch by them.

Yeah, you might get some contact with that rear tire. I have, exactly once, heard a thump from my RR wheel well when I was cornering very vigorously coming around onto an onramp and went over a palpable dip in the pavement; and that's with a 9.5" wide rim and 39 offset and the OE Michelin 255/35 PS4. So, be careful and test it out gingerly.

The family car is in the garage and next to all the kids stuff. The cats sleep in the garage too and I think the cat is more at risk in the garage with the cats than outside.

Got a year out of the last set. I disconnected my JB4 to take it in to the dealer and when I hooked it back up I had a misfire.

Put on new ARK cat-less secondaries today. The sound is so good now! Definitely deeper tone and more turbo noises.

Those sound great! Mine arrived last night, after hearing yours I can’t wait to get mine on. Did you do yours yourself? I hope I don’t have any issue finding someone to install them. What are your thoughts since they are secondary deletes? Thank you!!

Does pollen come off easily? I think I asked this last spring, too, but I don't remember the answer. If it does, a California Duster is the answer.

Yes, the "cat" is probably more at risk in the garage with the other cat(s) than outside.
