My Vossen VFS6-s are gonna arrive in about a week and before I can put them to my summer tires in about a month I need to figure out the colour... I have the HCR on my Stinger which means that I have narrowed down the summer wheels to pretty much a bronze colour. I was contemplating between bronze and gold for a while but gold seems a bit too much.
Anyone got bronze wheels on their HiChromaRed? Interested in different shades of bronze, as the colour is gonna be completely custom made based on what I want to go for in the end.

If you do a search in the title under "Get your wheels" they show a lot of combinations. I saw a Red vehicle demonstrated with "Liquid bronze" it looked quite a good combination in my opinion.

silly question but does the AWD cars differ from the RWD cars in terms of offset on rims? or no difference?

Speaking of wheels can someone recommend a quality aggressive summer/sport tire for my 20' wheels.

Pilot sport 4s, Nitto nt555 G2, Nitto invo luxury sport, Continental extreme contact sport, pirelli p zero seem to be the top choices of stinger forum members in no specific order.

I’ve only had the stock Michelin Pilot 4 tires on my Stinger (1st set still) and the older gen Nitto nt555 tires have been on my mustang for years (don’t drive it very far/frequently)

Thank you. I'm currently trying to weigh my options and having never ridden on Pirellis I might look into them some more.

Any spacer on these. Think I’m going this route. Only wheels I like
No spacers, they are just right on the factory offset. I'm lowered on H&R RWD springs so if I put spacers on they would rub. I believe they are rotary forged so they are durable especially for SoCal potholes. I've hit a few for sure...

Firestone Indy 500s are quite good as well.

New. But how are they when well worn but not yet worn out? I've read criticism of the Firehawk Indy 500, being good tires until they are c. half worn down, then they get noisy and don't grip as well. What's your experience?

I can't answer that yet, mine only have about 500 miles on them.

My stock PS4s were also pretty terrible when they were worn.
This is my first vehicle with performance tires, my previous trucks had 3x the tread depth and 4x the sidewall, so I'm no expert.

Initial impressions are favorable given they're 2/3 the cost of Michelins. 255s in the front really grip too!

I've been looking for reviews on the General RS tires and so far I've seen favorable comments on forums ranging from Corvettes to BMW to mustangs. I'm RWD and putting down about 395 whp so I need all the traction I can get without breaking the bank on some Michelin sport cups or Goodyear. I did read the same on the Firehawks...

What tire size you go with?

Went and got my new wheels/tires installed today! Wanted to go to a square setup for tire life, and ease of rotation. Really loving the way they turned out, and the fitment is awesome. Wheel and tire details are in the pics for anyone interested.

Haven't seen anyone else rocking these yet.

Vertini RFS1.8
Black w/ tinted face

Front
20x9 +35
255/35r20 Firehawk Indy500

Rear
20x10.5 +43
285/30r20 Firehawk Indy500

Front is tight but clears the strut by ~1/8"
Rears poke about 3mm, not sure if vertini screwed up the offset. I was inspired by @Mikia 's wheels, which are +40, but mine seem to poke the same. There appears to be enough meat to take 2-3mm off the mounting flange, but that's pretty low priority.

Lowered?

So there should be less poke than with +40?
