Which springs lower the car more?
Which springs lower the car more?
H&R or Eibach?
Do they lower less than Eibach? I am looking for springs that do not slam the car to the ground.H&R cause they have the version for RWD and rides better too!
Maybe I'll start a trend. "The closer to stock the better" People are like sheep. One goes over the cliff the rest follow. That is uniquely the reverse of what anyone has done so far: you are the only one to remove a rebadge and go back to the OE KIA badges.![]()
Nice! how are you liking the bump in power?Been a busy week. On Monday I traded in this 2018 2.0 Premium Stinger.... And got this 2020 GT1 Stinger.
I belong to that club, the stocker club, that is, not the follow (over the cliff) club.Maybe I'll start a trend. "The closer to stock the better" People are like sheep. One goes over the cliff the rest follow.
"To each his own" I respect that.I belong to that club, the stocker club, that is, not the follow (over the cliff) club.![]()

I don't understand this "mod" thing.

Yes, coming off the assembly floor, the Stinger is already beautiful, fast, and fun. I guess you could apply the saying, "why fix it if it's not broken?" However, many still end up modifying it. Whether it be aesthetic or performance-based modifications, in our eyes, it makes the car even better when modified. It also gives us the opportunity to put our own personal touch on the car, instead of having it look, sound, or perform like every other stock Stinger on the road. Some of the modifications out there may not suit your tastes, but that's the beauty of it. As in life, everyone is unique and seeing all the different variations and customization of Stingers out there, it's a reflection of that and of the individual tastes and preferences of its owners."To each his own" I respect that.
I don't understand this "mod" thing. You acquire a brand new beautiful stinger and then want to immediately start a modification process. Modifications to further protect, I get that. Ceramic and clear applications to protect the paint, upgraded floor and cargo liners, etc., etc. The mod I really don't understand is the changing of the buzzing exhaust sound on the little 3.3L, 202 cubic 6 cy. to a different buzzing exhaust sound. It's a 202 cubic engine not a big block grunting, snorting, rumbling, ground shaking V-8. I just accept it for being quick and fun. If I wanted a primo exhaust sound I would have bought a 1960's muscle car.
Help me understand
I think those who bought a Stinger are the exact opposite of sheep. We tend to be out of the box type of people who want something different than what we see everyday. I could have bought an S5 or a Bimmer but I wanted something different and seeing the owners of those cars leering at the Stinger brings me great joy lol. If people want to pay 30k more for a badge and a car that's mayyybe 10% better than a Stinger then that's on them. Talk about BaaaaaaaaaaMaybe I'll start a trend. . I changed out my badges because I didn't like the way the KIA logo looked on the car. IMO a Stinger is one of the sexiest cars on the road with (sorry everyone)one of the lamest, plain Jane logos out there. Didn't work for me. No hate here if you like it but I did not. I installed some K&N cold air intakes today, ooooh its good !!
That plus the Unichip, its a little rocket
