Burger Tuning JB4 for Kia Stinger!

For E85 sensor support email in a CSV and we can work with you on that.

On the CEL not codes I've seen before. Usually with faults either something is broken or some modification is triggering them. p0069 is something related to the MAP sensor the JB4 is attached to so perhaps a loose wire or JB4 related board issue. Email in photos of the front and back of the board with your E85 support request and I can check them out.

The codes that started it all I missed in the original post. I’m sending as an FYI to you. P0107 and P0234. They haven’t come up since but I thought it was important to show you these as well. I looked it up and P0234 is a code that is caused by over boost and P0107 is caused by to low of voltage to the Map sensor. Anyway, I will send you the e-mails you requested in a little while. Thx.

OK we'll sort it via email, it's not practical to do too much tech support beyond looking at a log or two on the forum.

I agree. We have communicated that way after this was written. Thanks again for your help!

Finally just ordered. What is the difference with new Denso plugs gapped @ .022 with no JB4 and new plugs on map 0? I read somewhere do not change plugs with no tune, hearsay?
For long road trips plan using map 0. Thanks , Rob

Stock and map 0 are the same. I ran mine stock with the new plugs for about a week and it seemed to run a little smoother . Could be a placebo effect though.

Thanks, just making sure there would be no I'll effects. Hoping Terry will chime in.

no placebo unless I felt the same way haha I ran my gapped plugs for about a month before installing JB4 and did not run into any issue whatsoever, I actually thought too that it ran a bit better

For the record only, I ran densos at .022 for a year with the jb4. Eventually they needed replacement. Its winter time so I decided I would replace the densos in the spring and put the like new stock plugs back in at .022 Recently just ran my best 1/4 and best 60ft. I see no difference thus far in performance between the 2 as long as they are gapped at .022. How will they hold up in the long run? Time will tell.

What map and octane do you run?

Great times. Be sure to post to the dragy leaderboards via the dragy app.
That brake snip and cool weather is working well for you.
I did post #4 behind the 2 big turbo guys in Korea and you and although I have the snip I couldn't use it beast mode(flashing) Couldn't keep the tires underneath her.

Since my OEM plugs were gapped anywhere between 0.028 and 0.036, IIRC, I can imagine that gapping all the plugs to the same spec would help make things a little smoother, regardless of whether stock or tuned..

11.65 is moving!
