What did you do to your Kia Stinger today?

WOW!!! your garage is almost as immaculate as your Stinger :)
I wish that was my garage :) . That's at Upper Class Detailing here in Ottawa

Found this @%#&$&@ illigaly parked rite up next to me. At least I knew no one got out the passenger side as there was to much tra20191204_104023.webp sh in n the car to be occupied.

I seriously appreciated driving it. Reason? Just got back from KC where I rented a Challenger because they don't rent Stingers and I don't do 4 cyls. When I picked the thing up and started it, my first thought was "Gaaah....it's broken! I got a broken one!" but then I realized that, no, it was a base model (last time I got a V8) with a 305 hp V6. And it's apparently meant to be like that.

Well. That sucked. But I figured since we were en route to meet up with the kids, I could get by. As it turns out, if you don't have the rorty V8 the Challenger's many flaws are magnified. The clunkiness of....everything. The whistling windows. The bizarre low speed handling. The bizarre high speed handling. I should have gone back and got the one with the real motor, makes overlooking the rest easier.

Many things about that car that enhanced my appreciation of the Stinger, but most of all the additional 100-odd whp I had when I got home. I'm growing very concerned about my ability to tolerate whatever ride I get next unless it's got comparable power.

I see what you were trying for, there; an end spot, and scooted well over to the end, away from the next stall. Trouble is, you picked an end stall with access around it: very dangerous! You'd actually be better off taking a spot with stalls on either side, rather than risk some idiot cutting into (around) you. End spots only work when protected by curbs and such.

Obviously the Toyota was not worried about someone cutting the corner and hitting it. On the bright side, if someone did cut the corner, you had a sacrificial vehicle to protect you....

2 Days ago, i did a small drifting with my AWD Stinger. turning into a parkinglot with a hard turn around 60 degrees, back end did not want to keep tracktion on the road. :D

Today I installed a JunBL EVC (axleback only).

I bought it 420 bucks second hand because the both valves were supposedly broken. I brought it to my regular exhaust shop and the guy checked the valves and could fix them (they just needed to be reassembled). :geek::geek::geek:
So I installed it right away ! (original plan was to cut the stuck side and redo it the with another valve).
25% of MSRP for a exhaust that is 6 months old (and has also been coated anti-rust). Very happy of this deal. :D

I'll make a sound clip for the aftermarket exhaust thread when I will have time. Both closed and open sound good. It's just quiet good and loud good.

Added the blue piping on all 4 doors. Adds a little color to the interior.
Like it also! But at least you’ve already got two tone vs some us with black only. May I ask where you got the blue piping?

door bling? what exactly did you do?

Yeah, I looked for a while and couldn't see what was added. Then I looked at Mike's avatar; Micro Blue, and that triggered the piping. How well does it match the paint? I think that's a cool idea. Of course, if I did it, it would be undetectable, just like black would be. :P

I find the same 3.6 V6 in our Town and Country to be quite a lot to handle on the front wheels.. And pretty good power for a minivan.
