Don't have a Stinger, but I have a RWD G70 I'll post some pics of. Love the suspension so far. It's nice and firm, not overly firm, but car feels much better. A bit bouncy but I'll take it. Car feels planted. Can only imagine what some sway bars would do. Anyway I'll post some pics when I get a chance.
On my RWD, besides the strut itself, I really only needed to unbolt the the swaybar endlink and brake line holders and wiring brackets to make room and not rip them out. We took out the strut in one piece (with the spring compressors fully compressed) after dropping the strut from the top 3 - 14mm bolts and the 1 - 17mm bolt that holds the strut cartridge into the knuckle. The compressors are used to make clearance if u tilt the strut outward. So, After using the air gun to remove the 19mm from the top hat holding the rod so it doesn't spin, we immediately placed the top hat back onto the car (arrows inward) then installed the strut UP into the top hat with the new spring and then placed the cartridge DOWN into the knuckle. The strut just slips into that knuckle it's not tight at all that being said if u have a car with a lot of miles on it I can see where it may bind from salt/snow. Anyway, I used a long Allen from above thru the center top hat hole to center the strut rod as we jacked from the bottom to compress the spring putting the rod UP through the top hat allowing the 19 mm to be attached from the top. What's the car was on the ground we use the 19 mm air gun to jam it into place. My buddy got a bunch of pics and video I'll hopefully I'll come up with something an easier way than what's been posted previously.
I don’t think you can really go wrong either way. I have the Eibach springs and love how the car rides. More compliant over bumps and handling is way better. Although I do think the drop on the H&R looks better with drop being less in the rear than the front. I would be curious to drive a car with the H&R springs to see how it rides compared to Eibach.
I drop my car off this thursday 10/24/19 ..... i should pictures maybe next monday i will put a good few so u guys can see what they look like on 19” wheels et32
