So i just got off the phone with H&R USA . They told me that the rear wheel drive kia stinger springs 28701-2 are legit however to keep things simple the only sell the 28701-1 in the u.s as its more compatible with both rear wheel and all wheel drive..... according to him the front spring is the same height however is a softer spring which squats the front an additional 5mm..
He said i could not order through H&R i would have to find my own way as in ebay![]()
If they take PayPal you should be safe either way, if it’s a scam PayPal will reimburse you if not you got a good deal on the springs.I checked on ebay and this is what I got, this seems legit to you guys?
Thanks, probably ordering them tomorrow if no else is willing to sell their H&R springsIf they take PayPal you should be safe either way, if it’s a scam PayPal will reimburse you if not you got a good deal on the springs.
Good luck, I hope it all works out for you....Thanks, probably ordering them tomorrow if no else is willing to sell their H&R springs

Apparently on another thread on this subject numbers ending in 1 are for AWD so please check to suit your car.Now that you mention all of the listings of the part numbers end with a 1

Should be good to go...I have the gts awd, so I assume I'm good with the springs part number ending in 1
You should be buying the H&R -1 set if you have an AWD or the Eibach Pro-kit. Also, if you have an AWD, then you’re in the wrong thread as this one specifically addresses H&R springs for RWD cars.I have the gts awd, so I assume I'm good with the springs part number ending in 1

Well i dont know, like i said earlier even the AWD stinger shows with squat with the part number 28701-1 i feel like getting -2 would work better for awd vehicles as wellThat's what I get for not paying attention, thank you
I’d be afraid the front will end up way lower than the rear, but I’m all for someone else trying it!Well i dont know, like i said earlier even the AWD stinger shows with squat with the part number 28701-1 i feel like getting -2 would work better for awd vehicles as well
the way mine sit on a RWD, I think it would be scraping and rubbing on an AWD.I’d be afraid the front will end up way lower than the rear, but I’m all for someone else trying it!
