It's always filthy, it was washed last week. It stays clean for about 3 days. I can imagine Black would be worse. Next wash Friday week. Here's more Filthy Stinger for her.:p:D

I see the "filth", now that you pointed it out. @mitchyboy has/had the filthy car. If it shows up in pics it is really "unclean". Both of you, get out there and clean it up! :p:laugh: I'm going to wash mine because it's fun and good exercise.

(Last week was the only "spit" of rain in weeks; and you guessed it, directly onto my car, nowhere else. I couldn't get to it until the next day and it weighed heavily on my mind and took a toll on my patience. The Cali Duster is the best tool in my hatch. When bugs or guano need removing, or you get sprayed by a sprinkler aimed at the street, etc., you just dust off the car and spot clean with a spray bottle and microfiber. It's almost an art form!:))

I know, I know... my car is very dirty. But in my defense it has been wet and raining everyday for the past few weeks. Tomorrow should finally be dry and sunny so I will get out and give it a wash. I've received more comments about the car being dirty than I have about the new wheels :(

Oh, just get a method going that works in under half an hour, and you can clean your rain spattered beauty off six out of nine days, like me. :D
 
Going to wash my car next Friday ready for our first big meet in the capital. It will be good to catch up with those federal stingers for the first time.

Only decision will be if it's a one pain killer or two pain killer job.

I went to their webside, and it looks like they are now called R363 and don't get bigger than 18" anymore.
But I found the R2 for sale around the internet.

That should depend only on the weather (well, and your level of gumption). If it is off and on rainy, only make her look better; spare yourself the angst of a full detail.

I just got my tries mounted to new wheels
I went with the gunmetal gloss tsw sprint
F 20x8.5 +40
R 20x10 +40
TSW kept insisting to get +30up front but I went with the +40 it fits, the clearance is small but spins freely. I need to install my springs first and I'll probably burn up the stock tires before I mount them

Those are very cool rims. My offset in the front is 40 also. Very close to the Brembo calipers; looks about as close as yours.
 
Guys what wheel looks good on the red Stingers ? Black wheels give it the mean look...which I kinda like,but the Wifey might not..so what do Yall think looks good on red? bunches of new wheels really arnt that much different from the stock 19's nothing seems to pop but the black for me....:) Wash

Go gloss black with machine face silver it's a great contrast. My personal opinion is black wheels can loose their definition when paired with the darker coloured cars.

They ALL look good on Red (well, excepting some colored rims; e.g. I wouldn't want cobalt blue rims on a Red as a first choice).

I always thought that Ferraris popped with those vintage gold rims. Loved that combo and loved those tapered, deep-dished five spoke wheels.
