Everything I have coming in is already pre-sold. I've ordered another batch but I'm not sure when they'll be in...

Somebody made a huge mistake and sent me a batch of the small rear bottom reflectors, painted... It's 1am in South Korea so I doubt I'm going to get an answer right now - but I'm asking to get whatever they have available of the rear side reflectors shipped to me overnight. This was a tremendous disappointment for me - and I'm sure for everyone who's waiting for these pieces... I'm doing my best to resolve this situation quickly...

Yes, it's definitely a shipping mistake as I had not ordered these pieces... And, yes - these are the bottom rear reflectors. Unfortunately, I don't have any in black...

Everyone who ordered the rear side reflectors in Ceramic Silver will have theirs very soon. The manufacturer overnighted the sets and I'll have them today or tomorrow.

I have ten people waiting on WHITE - and those are not included in this shipment. Why? I have no idea.

I'm beginning to see why vendors don't want to offer items like this. And I see how Import Shark has had a lot of complaints about timing on his painted spoilers. Our hands are completely tied with things like this.

The people we buy from say one thing, and another thing happens. It may not be their fault either - but somebody along the line is not properly handling the painting of these products.

Just like last time, they're telling me the process will be faster this time. I'm told I'll have our white sets by the end of the month...

I deal with importing things as well and can understand all the trouble. The language barrier is often the first issue but I have figured out with my suppliers that whatever they tell me multiply it by 3 to get a better estimate
