Ok.... Gave Launch Control a go tonight now I know the GT has it.... yeah i know should have read the manual....

Have to say it's a good bit of fun, now time to practice to see how aggressive it can be.

This damn car just keeps getting better !!

That one thing I haven’t tried yet is launch control. Tbh, can’t say it appeals to me really either.

Agreed, but I guess it's not an every day thing so not having an extra button keeps the dash uncluttered and if you want to do it the set up is pretty quick

When it first came out it was around $2,600 but in recent times it's dropped to $1,300 in some dealerships, I advised the sale guy of this and he checked with his manager, came back and apologised, saying " I stand corrected "

That included Bimodal, GT matts, dash matt and full tank, we are happy with that, they also discounted on the tint and paint protection, they will put my plates on too, Oh another thing I forgot they did a discount on the dash cams and are installing them.

Job well done I'd say. I hardly ever see the blue, normally white, silver, yellow and greys. Haven't seen a blue since the cruise.

Is there a reason why there are alot of blacks out there? Is it the paint or the 'maintenance' around keeping black clean!

My top three are Red, Ceramic Grey or black. But i'm concerned about the black since they are always in stock. Compared to Red theres like 4 in VIC (in stock).

Black and DCB show the dust significantly more than the lighter colours. And also any scratches and swirl marks.

Yeah makes sense. Has anyone out there ceramic coated a grey one? I'm interested to see if the gloss affect becomes better. I think the ceramic grey would look amazing ceramic coated but can't find photos/video anywhere.

If you're looking for eye catching shine is grey really the colour for you? Red has an amazing luster you can really see the pearl flecks. Being biased DCB is up there to.

Have done and organized many. They're run quarterly. The Kia gt facebook club organizes most we affiliate with them for meets.

I've come across a nice deal for a used 2019 Stinger. 3xxx km's and am wondering what I should keep my eye out for?
Is there a way to check how many times its been launched?
I'm told the car was bought back after a business partnership went wrong.
Can anyone give some tips and advice?

My hubby was thinking I'm going " a bit OT wanting PPF and protektiv " we talked more and now he's caved in so did some research and @AV8R Suntek seem to be the way to go, their films have a ceramic coating in it so you can still apply a product like protekiv for added security but not necessary .
After rebadging, does anyone know how long you should wait before doing PPF ? like I'm thinking the adhesive will need time to cement in properly won't it ?

The badging has 3m tape that's instantaneous. I applied my badges with the ceramic coaters standing behind me waiting to start their process. No ill effects after 17 months.
