I tried trumpets on my GFB Deceptor Pro 2's but they don't fit because of the motors that control the atmo/recirc ratio. Trumpets would fit on respons though. Can't speak for other BOV's. And yes I believe they're illegal.

It is illegal for a BOV to vent to atmosphere in all Australian jurisdictions.

Such a device should not have a significant negative impact on the Stinger, as they don't run a MAF sensor.

Ok.... Gave Launch Control a go tonight now I know the GT has it.... yeah i know should have read the manual....

Have to say it's a good bit of fun, now time to practice to see how aggressive it can be.

This damn car just keeps getting better !!

Turned over 14,000km yesterday not too bad for 17 months of ownership.

12 months to the day of purchase yesterday and 12.6k clocked up.

BTW, don’t be surprised if your car is ready by end of this month, if they need the sale for the month it will happen....but I don’t want to get your hopes up.

Never thought of that, and youre right bet she is counting the sleeps until pickup lol.
I think im excited for her as I was when I got mine especially as she has waited patiently for so long.
She even showed up the sales guy with her expert knowledge about bimodal. Lol

You certainly get some attention in it, we had only just started our test drive, down the road a bit when a guy in a big 4WD peeped the horn next to us, and asked " how much ? " I replied " I don't know yet, taking this for a test drive " and he said " Oh, nice looking car " , we had a lot of people gawking as we drove past, mind you we were in a red car with huge " Stinger " decals on the side. Couldn't miss us if you tried

Thank you, there was a Micro Blue on the floor, that had just come available due to finance falling through on it, good ole eagle eyed hubby noticed a small dent on the left side door panel and also a few superficial scratches.We mentioned this and they immediately advised we will get a brand new one.
