How to launch on boost

Ok, thats not good. That means removing the Stop Lamp fuse will turn off the TPMS, BCM & PAS, and the Module 3 fuse will turn off the Shift Lever?

Seems like. Question is, will the car still function will all that interrupted? I'm assuming a Christmas tree of freakout lights on the dash at minimum.

OR, daunting as it may be, splice the 5 wires that were pictured above into a 5 series switch and make your car look like something out of the fast and furious... I can picture flipping 6 switches to do a burnout looking pretty freaking cool to a passenger lol

Only one way to find out

Ok this might help. We have the schematic for the connector at the pedal and the ECU as well. Looks like one of the wires 49 or 83 in the ECU will do the trick.

Is this by disconnecting the brake switch?
Yup and pulling the awd fuse... cant imagine how much this could shave off a 1/4 mile

With that setup are you able to build boost without spinning the tires before you launch?

Disconnect brake switch? you mean removed the Stop Lamp fuse/Module 3 or disconnected the brake pedal sensor like I did?

Havent tried that yet but I'm assuming I will be able too..

I disconnected the connection right above the brake pedal like someone said earlier..

So with the brake disconnected, I get boost for DAYS, gotta regulate throttle position now, and on stock tires, I'll start roasting the rear with almost full brake at 4krpm. definitely makes a difference. going to the track for a test and tune tomorrow so I'll nail down what works best between fuse pull, brake disconnect, sports vs comfort mode. the brake disconnect DEFINITELY made a difference in acceleration on the butt dyno. with the AWD fuse pulled, this car becomes a sketchy power hungry monster! I'd give it a try if you have ample room and know how to drive a car without any nannies whatsoever. good looks on the guy who figured that out!

Looking forward to more information!

Kinvara can you show with a pic or description as to where the brake connection needs to be broke?
Thanks ! :) Wash

So with the all wheel drive fuse in and the brake disconnected, you can hit 3300rpm on the foot brake and its is one helluva launch, definitely need more than stock tires.. never got a chance to launch it on the track and get a time but it's a SIGNIFICANT difference.. I'd love someone to grab a 0-60 time with this

Hit harder than the ebrake launch?

Sounds like the jb4 needs another dongle for this. Just saying.
