Good luck with that, i couldn't tolerate it.
My local exhaust specialist moved the mid pipe to the front somewhat and added 2 extra resonators to a fabricated pipe. He also decreased the flow a little. All in all it worked.View attachment 19849 View attachment 19850 View attachment 19851

Just tried a couple of dummy vids at work using the knowledge of bloke half my age. Might take about a week before I can do it. The exhaust note is now different its really refined. So patience let this old fart try to tackle technology.lol.

Are there any aftermarket exhausts for the Stinger that don't drone? It seems like every option that I've read about has an issue with droning. Is this an issue inherent in the Stinger's design or do aftermarket exhausts cause droning on most cars? I would definitely like to consider a meaner sounding exhaust sometime in the future but I don't know if the tradeoff of droning would be worth it.

The jun evc is the way to go. Flick of a button and it’s just like stock.

Thanks. Do I need the Jun BL downpipes as well? What is the difference between just the Jun EVC and the Jun EVC+ BL downpipes?

You don’t need the downpipes but they do make it louder and you get most of the extra power from the downpipes. If your just looking for more sound then just the evc is a good way to go.

But you will have drone when its switched on. I know that is obvious but V6 turbo engine drone is particularly bad. Imo.

I haven't forgotten the sound clip for the Ark grip exhaust modification. Im still waiting on the man child at work

On another note, probably a muted note i have finally got around to installing the foamed backed Dynaliner to the underneath surface of the trunk (boot) flap lid cover thing i used 1/4" size thickness it sits perfectly , well pleased.
It measures 54" x 32" and boy how easy the size was almost perfect i only had to trim minimal wastage.(see picture, keys for size reference).

Now whether it actualy helps i'll have to get back to you as ive just finished. So a few months ago i dynamated the boot that helped. Next job im pulling out the backseat and putting the dynamat underneath. To me the dynaliner is more of a finishing product.
