Yes, I've included it in my order paperwork and can remove it if I'm not a fan of the demo car. The best part is that my wife thought the stock exhaust was too tame as well, so no need to convince her of the upgrade.

Apparently the hold up with the exhaust is that it’s borderline with the EPA limits and their trying to get it through. Was told it could even be late Jan/Feb. Maybe someone out there can shed some more light?

I thought it was made by a Melbourne company and was similar to the Commodore version. I don’t think there would be any EPA issues.

Recently here in Melbourne and surrounding suburbs, we experienced a hail storm, where i live it was only small hail, but some suburbs experienced much larger hail, more like the size of golf balls, the moral of this story led me to find a 2017 Kia Stinger GT, in Ceramic Grey which is currently for sale with HAIL DAMAGE, asking price is $62,888 AUD Driveaway.

I would not buy it, who would ???
Can hail damage dents be fixed easily and cheaply, even by panel beaters ???
Interested to hear other opinions on this topic.

The answer is no. They will never get it flat and perfect like it was unless you want to pay insane amounts of money.
I live in Minnesota and we get hail storms every summer. When the dealers get hail damage if you want it you can get a new car 20-25% off. Most people think even that is not worth it. Now I haven't seen that car so i don't know what it looks like so maybe it's not bad, but don't expect to get the dents out with those suction cup things.
If you're interested ask the dealer to let you take it to a body repair place and get a quote and see if they will guarantee the results. I would guess the average repair cost here is 3500 - 5000. Even then unless they are really really good you will still see little imperfections. The problem with hail damage is there are probably 100 -200 plus tiny little dents. Takes forever to fix them all one at a time.

The damage is not visible in photos. You'd imagine the dealership would have the contacts to repair it and may have done some remediation already.

Gents - been a while since I have posted, after about 5 weeks my new tyre has come in and the stinger is once again cruising with 4 proper tyres!! (though thanks to my mate that lent me his spare set of falcon g6e rims and tyres for the rear!
