I knew that’s what Kia Aust would do, it’s the dealerships problem, go to the top at GWK & ask to speak with the dealer principle.Just giving an update with my paint stain after my service. Just got off the phone with Kia Australia who officially tell me..... They can't do anything. Of course not. That's exactly what I was expecting. They told me I have to take this up with the manager of the service department where the car was serviced, but yeah I'm still waiting for the tool to call me back and it's been almost a week. Looks like this fix is coming out of MY pocket. I am NOT happy and I'm going to be making a hell of a noise about this.
