What did you do to your Kia Stinger today?

Damn, all this talk about windshield rock chips and it finally happened to me last week as well. Was on the hwy when a big ass rock flew into my windshield and made a loud ass crack sound. I even saw the rock come right at me....like my life was flashing before my eyes. My chips aren't nearly as bad as BlaydeX15, but now gotta bring it into Speedy Glass for repairs. Quite annoying as my OCD will always look at the spot of the chip and know it'll probably be permanently visible, even if it's a couple of millimeters big.
got one too , fortunately blow the HUD and in line of the hood so I virtually can't see it ( white car )

I have one there too - yes, cannot see when you're driving, but because the chip is against a black background, it is quite visible from the outside. Arrggghhh.

Def a no for me. The less cheap chromey badges on the car the better.

Agreed, but I do like the old-style script badges in the same spot on my daughter's '14 Challenger after we removed the block style on the grill.

I'm not sure how much I'm liking this repurposing of the small Stinger badge. Thoughts?

I really like the front grill idea. Anyone know how this was done.

After I de-badged the back of the car, I painted the small stinger script and stuck it on the hatch cover. I like it.

When I read how much the Stinger windshield would cost, I called up my insurance company, USAA, and made sure they covered a Stinger GT2 windshield, even though it has HUD and Rain sensing. She was like yup. I asked if there was a price limit on an individual replacement, she said no. I asked if there was a yearly amount they wouldn't go over, she said nope. Just pay the 100 deductible.

It's a good thing, cause these windshields seem flimsy. I got my first rock chip within a month, then a second a few weeks later, and some scratches from rocks in a couple other spots. I've had the car just over 3 months.

3rd rebadge is a charm. Think I'll keep this one.
