When I read how much the Stinger windshield would cost, I called up my insurance company, USAA, and made sure they covered a Stinger GT2 windshield, even though it has HUD and Rain sensing. She was like yup. I asked if there was a price limit on an individual replacement, she said no. I asked if there was a yearly amount they wouldn't go over, she said nope. Just pay the 100 deductible.
It's a good thing, cause these windshields seem flimsy. I got my first rock chip within a month, then a second a few weeks later, and some scratches from rocks in a couple other spots. I've had the car just over 3 months.
