Sorry nothing new from me, busy with other projects around here. Probably won't get back to running Kia times for a week or two. But feedback has been good on the latest JB4 v6 firmware so hopefully we see customers passing our times soon. :)

Not that thrilled with the gappy 18" rim look so just ordered a set of Eibach lowering springs to drop it ~1". Hoping they also boost the trap speed a bit! :)
 
Just realized the piggy backs are not street legal. So adding Street Legal to the 1/4 mile list makes no sense. :)
I was thinking about Cats mostly and when we go NO2 and WMI was more gray area. Any ways joining the club. DPs just ordered. Shooting for the first 11.7 Stinger in Jan/Feb. Just skip the 11.8s ;)

Pretty sure ecu tunes are also illegal since it messes with the emissions. What we have is a list of cars that would qualify for the NHRA street legal class lol

Am I seeing much less throttle cut and timing pull on the shifts? Looks like it isn’t pulling as much then. SOLID TIME.

I like the progress.
Ah, so... its OK for me to remove all the transmission protection at shift points now? I thought the community was concerned about that?

And, why is this even a debate. Last time I checked, you run what you brung. If someone has more mods and they are faster than you, that doesn't make them any less or more qualified to be on the list. This is not the fastest 1/4 mile list with (insert excuses). Its, the "fastest list" period. There should be no exemption or excuse made on this list, lol.

Now you have opened a can o worms.....Pandoras box to the private schoolers.....my 150 fogger is setting 5 feet away from the stinger...ill just strap the bottle in the passenger seat...and silicone the crap on to the intakes like the tweakers with the guy that has the " Im here now and you can ask me anything thread im here to share my insights whatever" that dude Kia Cruiser or whatever that has the big wad of white goop on his meth install....lol :) Wash
