What did you do to your Kia Stinger today?

I’ve got the drop bear too but I’ve been using it after I chamois the car dry. Basically give it the once over with the drop bear at the end it brings it up nicely. I use Bowden’s Little Ripper chamois to dry it off, it’s microfibre too.

Thanks to Hurricane Florence all of the dealerships are shut down. I figured today was a great day to check out the new Fortes without worrying about the vultures circling me. Didn't see any Fortes but the dealership had 5 Stingers up front and another 20 parked way in the back, behind the used car building by the wrecked/broken cars. Kinda sucks to see em in the back with all of the trade-ins and future crushees (I guess things aren't going so well for Stinger sales in the area).

If anyone is shopping here's a breakdown of the cars at Hendrick Kia of Cary in Cary, NC:
Micro Blue Premium and GT/1/2: 11
Hi-Chroma Red GT/1/2: 6
Black Premium and GT2: 4
White Premium and GT/2: 3
Ceramic Silver GT: 1

I'm assuming that with this much inventory they are probably really open to negotiations. One of the cars had a huge "$15,000 Off MSRP" sticker on the door.

Order and delivery was quick ... paint was free due to a 3 week wait. Install with VHB tape, bolts and nuts, and push pins ... 2 hours.

The easiest of mods. I looked at all potential options for a place to mount the iPhone holder. Criteria was that it had to be easily accessible but not too visible from the outside, and not block any of the instruments. The solution is an iOttie articulating mount that sticks/suctions to the plastic piece on the console just to the left of the glovebox, and just above where the padding on the console begins. So far so good!

Noticed the other day I got a big ass stone chip on my splitter. Sigh....I suppose it was inevitable.

Ah! A close up of my first Stinger sighting. This just gets better! Gorgeous, muted accents, very appropriate on a Black. (Not a ham radio licence plate after all. (I too, am an avid bicycle rider; I've never seen one of those bike icon plates before.)
