Winter time , that mesh will clog in 50 feet.........but better than the alternative.........might just cover them all together with a solid piece pf plastic. Just to keep the crap out.

Maybe use a solid strip of plastic/polyurathane to fit in for the winter, change out back to mesh for the summer when you change over your tyres. No snow/ice problems here for us.
I had mine done today too. AV8R sent me the mesh from WA (much appreciated) and I asked my car nut nephew to fit them for me. Took him all of 8 mins to do both. Looks great and will keep those damn rocks out.
Also gave my Stinger her first proper wash today. Used the foam cannon for the first time which worked well. Must remember to take pics in the morning and attach to this post.
It went on really well and after foaming the entire car, waited 2 mins, then used a sponge to wipe it all clean, power rinsed, and used the amazing Bowen's Drop Bear microfibre cloth to dry it. I will never use a chammois again!

I’ve got to go & check all this stuff out, I’ve spent the last 12 years going to a hand wash with my other cars, they always did a good job but for some strange reason I want to clean this car myself.

Car looks amazing with a dark tint. Apparently mine was done at the dealer (But they didn't charge me for it, lol), because I saw a different one without the tint and was really confused. It just looked wrong.

I’ve got the drop bear too but I’ve been using it after I chamois the car dry. Basically give it the once over with the drop bear at the end it brings it up nicely. I use Bowden’s Little Ripper chamois to dry it off, it’s microfibre too.
