Never much cared for a Detroit V8 and mostly still don't, but I will likely get one - just so I don't leave that box unchecked - before they all go the way of the dinosaurs. Camaro SS 1LE is on top of my list now, but who knows, the latest Mustang might knock it off the top spot.

Sorry to hear that. Last year at one of the local AutoX events here, there was a Camaro that blew a transmission. Delayed that heat for a short while IIRC. I didn't pay attention to the exact model, though I'm pretty sure it was a V8.
