The dealer actually sold me theses wheels as the winter setup when i bought the car. Tires are Gislaved Nordfrost 200 225-45-18. I think I paid around 1800C$ for the package.

You can get them on e-bay for about 120 CAD coming straight from Korea.That is what I did.
I did the same. I was a little hesitant at first but they work perfectly. I paid C$ 110 with free shipping. Only took 10 days

That's a great price !
I've used them for my wife's & stepson car.
This time their price was higher than yours for a lesser tire brand.
Not sure why ? The tire price was a bit better but their rim price was higher, overall higher than what/where I got mine.
Both place have competitive prices.

Didnt end up getting the TMPS, it did not bother me. The mechanic did offer for 200$ extra or I can buy my own for 100$ on Ebay. I decided to skip them all together.
I got quote from them for my friend's Nissan, and they were the cheapest. here is what the new rims look like.

I did not install TPMS. Not really needed in my opinion, I am okay with having a yellow sign on my dash.
He did offer for $200 extra or I can buy my own for $100 and he would install it for me. (I would have bought mine for $100 from ebay but we were in time crunch as snow had already started)
Winter tres are 225/45/18; same size front and back.
I used a 5mm spacer in the front for the brembo clearance on my hub centric rims. Have been driving since December in these rims, no issue.
No didnt get TPMS, he offered for 200$ from his shop or $100 from ebay and he would install for free.
I am okay with the yellow dot on the dash. it blinks initially when you turn on the car but goes to solid light within a few seconds.
