I'm just wondering who is not going to keep their stock 19" wheels? Would you sell them or hang on to them?

If I end up getting the GT2 I will need to get a all season performance tire so I may get a set of 20" (maybe what is on the federation).

I do like the design so keeping them for now. In a year or two I may get bored of them and get 20" with a mild drop.

i actually love the design and that's the only thing making me hesitate on the idea of switching.

I am likely going to replace the wheels. They are much better than any other Kia wheel, but I really want more of a split spoke look to show off the brembos, and really want black. I plan to sell the OEM ones. Hoping to get $800 for the set (with about 700 miles on them)

Wow, $800 for the set is very generous of you. I see many sets going in the second-hand markets in Korea for almost $2000 a set. A brand new one already costs about $700-800 a piece. If you were in Korea, I'll pounce on that!

One step closer to the GT look for the 2.0T guys. I'm still on the fence. I'll probably go with the power of the GT...but if the 2.0T gets its EPA rated MPG or better (Which is very unlikely) then I may go that route to save some $$$ on my fuel. But I really don't like the 2.0T wheels in the U.S.

I'm also not sure what mileage I'll be racking up in the next few years. If my commute stays under 40 miles round trip....I'm definitely getting the V6.

I'll almost definitely change the wheels on the 2.0T, but it'll depend on the weight of the GT wheels because I like the way they look.

As mentioned, that would be one HECK of a deal for somebody to buy all four GT wheels for $800!

Does anybody have any favorite wheels they can link to? Maybe eBay or something? I'd like to see what people have in mind for replacements...

Has anyone definitively seen the 18” GT-style wheels that come with the AWD A/S tire option? I’m assuming they’re just a scaled-down version of the 19s, so presumably look the same, but I still have some “trust issues” with the online builder and KMA, so I’d prefer to work with empirical data. o_O

The 18 inch versions on the AWD GT cars look like scaled down versions of the 19 inchers from the GT.

I do not. I saw it in person on Friday and again today. Definitely 18 inch wheels that look like the GT 19s. Bridgestone Potenza RE97 AS-02 tires.

I just tried loading a picture. Not a close-up shot of the wheels, but you can see the design.

I didn't take the time to look at back tire size. I think they were 225-45-18 all around. The blue car in the picture a couple posts above has 18 inch wheels you can see.

In their wheel catalogue this is the only wheel in this style and it's 19" ?? oh well it's a mystery , can somebody else get a pic with this wheel and tires size to clarify .

I have never seen this wheel on a Stinger before, also had no idea they make the GT wheels in 18".

They are both beautiful though. Will be hard to choose between the two.
