The Stinger has German influence in its bones to its skin. It costs a lot less for the same amount of goodies; the Germans have some quality edge here, but not enough to justify the added thousands of dollars you have to pay to get that badge. Looking at size and practicality alone (the deal breaker for me) no other true GT comes within $20K of the Kia Stinger. It took a full winter of looking the car over for it to sink in: the Stinger is uniquely appointed in all essentials, at a price that didn't turn me away.
