What did you do to your Kia Stinger today?

Got the entire front end wrapped with STek Dynoshield clear-bra. Mine is Micro Blue with a 12/17 build date, so I've been worried about the paint issues I'd been seeing posted. The guys who did the bra said no chips, even after 2300 miles. Hopefully it doesn't become an issue :)

I'm going to get it done on my hood soon...is there any visible difference between panels that do have the bra and those that don't?

I seem to recollect reading that the goal of partial coverage is to be invisible from 6ft back, though that could be brand-specific. I can say that I've definitely noticed that "bikini line" on partial wraps before, and it tends to be more noticeable on lighter hued cars. I'm planning on keeping Sally for a good long time, so personally the extra cost and protection is worth it :)

But the difference in appearance between your unwrapped door and the wrapped fender is mostly unnoticeable?

Only way you can see that it is wrapped at all is to look really closely at around the hood emblem as they cut around it... unless you are really looking close and looking for it, you won't even notice any of it is wrapped, even the mirrors.

Covered the reverse lights with smoke vinyl. I also ordered the rear reflector vinyl too but they were not the correct size. I did the amber delete on the headlights as well but I’m not happy with how it came out. I couldn’t get the vinyl to lay proper so I wound up cutting half of it away to cover just the reflector.

I backed it out and gave it a bath myself. This is only the second time I've done that, with half a dozen times down at the "Magic Clean" in between. I just felt in the mood for some reason.

After that, I went over the whole car with my Silky Silver touch up pen. The largest nick was the size of a small pin head. There were maybe half a dozen; one was on the front passenger door handle, which I think was already there when I took possession of the car. This is the second time I've looked for blems and touched them up. The first one I ever noticed was on the day of the purchase: a tiny yet very visible nick smack in between the three clear protective patches of plastic, on the driver side, below the passenger door: that protruding, acute point where the edges meet: it was black in the midst of the silver. That was the first touch up I did (c. a month ago).

Love the color Merlin..... same color i have. :D
I like it. Silky Silver was my wife's choice, for two reasons: it hides our winter road grime best, and the car "hides in plain sight". There are a lot of "silver" cars around! My first pick would be that concept car orange; but that would require a repaint. My second choice would be that limited edition (in the US) "sunset yellow". Either of those would shout from the carport, not sit quietly. :p So my wife's wisdom wins out.

Reds are nice cars to but , i just can't get the color that sticks out like "soar thumb". love them though.

Covered the side and rear reflectors. Also did latch covers. Remote start and wireless charging this weekend.

I loved that orange too, would have ordered that if it was on offer, I also like the yellow having seen it in the flesh, but I don’t think it’s a colour I could live with everyday & that’s just a personal choice.
