What did you do to your Kia Stinger today?

Sprinkle bird seed around the car next to you! Lol
Wait til you get crows on your car! Scratches every where, thankfully that has not happened to me yet!

You might try folding in your mirrors when you park!

I do, when he landed I hit the switch to fold them in. He flew up for a second, waited for them to stop and landed back on the mirror.

Today I ordered a dash cam. I was doing some more break-in process driving (nearing the 1,500 mark now...finally), and on one of the highway legs, there was a dude swerving in and out of lanes. He collided with the median barrier multiple times, was driving erratically and slamming on his breaks, than accelerating like crazy, then bouncing off the barrier, and so on. I was watching him bounce around in the left most lane (carpool, despite being the only occupant), while I was in the right most lane. Then, he swerved over all the lanes, and slammed his breaks on to preventing crashing head-on into a barrier on the right of the road. This was also right in front of me, and I had to break hard to avoid him. I'd been thinking of ordering a dash cam before, but once I got home, I ordered it right away (Vantrue N2 Pro). For those of you who think drivers in your city are bad, it's been quantified by All State. Seattle ranks 181st out of the 200 top cities. When I'm in Boise, I tell people how much better driving is there, but like every city, the drivers there think their drivers are terrible. Boise ranks 6 out of 200.

If you're curious what the stats for other cities are, here's the link: https://www.allstate.com/tools-and-resources/americas-best-drivers.aspx

First thing I did was put a dash cam in my car. We too have nutters in Australia but sound s like they are not as bad as your lot! Installled a Navman Mivue 730.

Today I...

1) Checked my tire pressure, and found the dealer didn't deflate from the boat, so took the 54psi tires (yikes!) down to 36/38
2) Tested the breaking point of the 19" Pilot Sports in the wet (they lose traction around a corner surprisingly quickly, sliding the whole car). I also spotted another Stinger while out in the boonies.
3) Picked up the cargo mat, which has the best two step instructions ever; "Step 1: Place cargo mat in trunk. Step 2: Installation complete." I also picked up the front mud guards, and will put those on tomorrow.
4) Picked up a polish and finisher kit, and a gel armrest pad at AutoZone. It's super comfy and protects an otherwise frequently touched surface
5) Found it's simple to remove the floor mats (slide your hand under the mat, lifting your hand up and moving towards the hook)
Question- What is the proper tire pressure for my Michelin Sport 4's on my Stinger GT2? Thanks in advance

In the door jam there should be a sticker that lists the correct pressure for your car.

I checked my tire pressure as well...5-7psi over recs! Shame on me for not noticing sooner. I'm going to need to eat a little bit of crow as well, because I'd been badmouthing the stock Bridgestones since we've had it, and now I'm going to have to re-test it with tire pressure set correctly. SMH:confused:

To be fair, this was literally the worst driver I have seen in this area, but all the better as a reminder to get a dash cam. That was the kind of thing an insurance company, or the police, would have had a hard time believing without seeing. Total lunacy. As for Australian drivers, yeah, I've watched the youtube videos. :) You can learn some great Aussie slang from those road rage clips. Anyone who drives has seen all kinds of crazy stuff and avoided countless accidents. I just see (and dodge) more of it than usual, due to the area. The only accident I've been in was getting rear ended at a stop sign. There was no need for a dash cam, as the driver was so drunk they couldn't stand up without falling over. In many of the youtube crash videos, though, a dashcam would clearly save the day. Also, there will be a lot of Stingers on the road there, as it's the fleet replacement vehicle for pursuit cars (highway patrol, or whatever they are called there). Queensland was the first to start swapping out the Commodores.

whats the weight savings per corner ? They look great !
About 5lbs. New wheels come in at 20lbs, stock ones I have read around 25. Haven't weight the type B's personally, it was much heavier carrying them around.

Look at the Tire Rack reviews for the Bridgestones, they are not good. If you do replace them Consider the Firestone Firehawk/ Indy 500 models. Those always get top ratings for not a lot of money.
