Man you cant win right now. Time to move....you cant beat the construction process. Its Its always going on there. Thats sux homieRoad construction left a 3 inch sharp edge on the interstate where they stopped digging out the old asphalt .. like wth, who thinks it's fine to leave such a sharp edge on the road ... Completely ripped two holes in the sidewall and may have bent the wheel a tiny bit on the inside . Not sure yet ..
I know... i love this car to death... but i've never ever had so many road hazard incidents with a car ever... like jeez. And it's not even the like it's the car's fault... roadissue_Trim.mp4Man you cant win right now. Time to move....you cant beat the Carolina's construction process. Its Its always going on. You can but may be a pain but shoot for 4 new tires. Pain and suffering!
I am having too as i'm awd and i'm over 2/32 of wear vs a single new tire and don't want to risk a new tire at 10/32 tread vs my fronts at 5/32 and rears at 4/32.. new tires coming in saturday. You can but may be a pain but shoot for 4 new tires. Pain and suffering!
Finally got my windshield replaced today. Total damage was just under $1,500 to State Farm. I paid a $50 deductible.I knew this was going to be a hassle and that's why I waited as long as I did to finally claim the windshield replacement on my insurance. Then I also had the expectation that with all the shortages due to COVID that it would be even worse to try to get new parts. Nothing about windshield replacements seems to be simple anymore. If I had a basic vehicle (like my older Honda Accord that I replaced with my Stinger) with no HUD or sensors I would have just gone with the aftermarket non-OEM windshield and been done with it.
Understood!
Yep! They've been good to me there for years.^^Discount tire? They raised mine using jacks on all corners
Hoping it works out better for you than it did for me in NY state. Had a similar problem where roadwork wasn't marked properly and I destroy both passenger side wheels and tires on my old WRX. Also bent a lower control arm and bracket. While on the side of of the road waiting for a tow I witnessed at least 5 other cars blow out their tires on the same thing (I wish I had a traffic cone)
Report it to them Monday.... make the claim FridayIn NJ you can go after them on state roads but you have to prove that they already knew about the pothole or whatever. I’m not sure how you prove that unless you personally hit it twice.
What was the hood that you replaced with this one?
