What did you do to your Kia Stinger today?

Yes! Take Off/ Hard Acceleration and on Cornering. Rear end Feels more planted:) And i say totally worth it on RWD.
Thanks for that, I’m interested in this set up & these are the areas I want to improve further on my RWD.

What am I DOING to my Stinger today, at the moment. :P Those covers over the original front sway bar: the installer said they are "in the way" and won't go back on. What? I haven't read of anyone even mentioning them before, much less ditching them when the aftermarket sway bar goes in. Hmm??

Why were they even removed?

No idea about the plugs. My Borla was right at an hour for the shop to do it. My father did my intakes with me in his garage in about an hour and a half. We were in absolutely no hurry to get it done either, BMS.
Where did you purchase the Borla exhaust system? I was just looking on the Borla site and it says they system doe snot fit my 2020 GT2? Is it just question of the mechanic making some modifications when installing?

Make sure you're selecting AWD or RWD.

Borla probably hasn't test fit on a MY 20 and won't update their site. It fits.

I did not know there was a difference.... however, it does not give me the option to choose between AWD or RWD?
It allowed me to choose either 2.0L or 3.3L ==> I think choosing 3.3L did the trick? what does everyone do about exhaust tips?

Just buy it from k8stingerstore.

Shouldn’t be ANY spare parts on the fronts other that oem sway etc.

Yeah, that's what's got me a bit bugged right now. I have those two "covers", but, covers to what? Nobody who's done the front sway has ever said a thing about parts like these needing to be removed because "they are in the way". What's up with that?

Just installed @Rakker ’s snorkel skewps. This was my first stinger bumper removal. Not bad at all compared to past cars.

Then I took her out for a drive. I’ve been watching my IATs closely as of late. I was very surprised to see a significant difference. I was around 10 over ambient instead of 20+.
Plus I have one of those grills with the outer cells filled in blocking a good portion of the snorkel. I’ll have to come up with a plan to fix that.
The real surprise was when I was returning to the house. My brain twitched and detected something weird from the right... DEEER!!! Slammed on the brakes and spun that dummy half way around sliding on her ass. She got up and walked around the road looking extra stupid and ran off.
I pulled off at a boat ramp about 100 yards from my house expecting to see some sort of damage.
Just some deer hairs on the head light and a deer smudge.
Brembo is that deer’s new favorite braking system.

Amazing escape. Congratulations. I've never had a run-in with deer in the dark (well, once in deep evening I saw a pair before they seemed to see me and slowed really early). The last encounter was in the Uinta mountains last week. Three or four deer just jaywalked across the highway as dumb as rocks. It was a blind curve (one of a plethora), and had I been carving that curve, as is my desire, I'd have been smack into them the instant I saw them. But I had just seconds before said to my friend: "I would love to take these blind curves faster, but, deer, you know." And I was instantly a prophet. Hah.

It was actually still broad daylight. She was coming down from between two houses. First time in my life I hit a deer.

I guess they really can’t see orange.

Both of my near misses with deer (the one above and a much earlier one, years back) have been in broad daylight. (I almost used the laugh smiley because of your last line, but this is no laughing matter, is it.)

It’s funny. I’m not that hyper sensitive. Find humor where ever you can.
Even if the car got wrecked I would have had a small chuckle and deer flavored chili for months.

Lucked out. Hit my share out here in Jersey. Dang things are like tanks and keep going. So what did I do today.......Well after the wife left to go see some friends tonight I ran out to waterless wash for the second time today and followed with some Ethos Defy. If she saw me washing it for a second time it might be over. Now the car is ready for work tomorrow. Off to Brooklyn to see some customers.
