What did you do to your Kia Stinger today?

The replacment part finally arrived at the delership ( they never called me and told me I had to inquire). When I arrived they told me it was 50 dollars and I had to go through and explain the whole story to them again about the other dealer damaging the part and the kia hotline paying for it. They said I needed to call the stinger hotline again and have an email sent to the dealership saying Kia was buying the part because they tell customers that all the time and then don't follow through with paying the dealership. Then they said I needed to open a ticket and put the car in maintenance. I responded that i was done with kia and i wanted nothing to do with them ever again and turned around to walk out. An employee chased me down and gave me the part saying I shouldn't fill that way about kia. Needless to say my kia delership experiences on average are bad but my engine bay is looking good againView attachment 41109 View attachment 41110 View attachment 41109

haha. thanks, yes, white balance on my camera not able to adjust well to an LED light I had hanging from the hood. It looks more red than the red picture here.

I was going back and forth for a long time about ceramic coating, I have a good friend who's dad is really good at these things and took the car to him last weekend and picked it up on Tuesday.
In the beginning I was thinking of it getting a proper interior cleaning and just a nice wax outside and while discussing we ended up going with a CarPro ceramic coating.... Had it polished etc too beforehand obviously.
And since I don't live in a house and i'm stuck using the self-washers, I ended up buying a kit of washing things and Meguiars shampoo to use at these, instead of their ultra-strong chemicals that will just destroy the ceramic coating..

Installed my glossy black M&S rear diffuser. I think it looks better than body colored for the set up I'm running.

ImportShark. I had both the rear spoiler and diffuser painted glossy black by them and both showed up perfect.

Heh, yeah, thats not me. I haven't left my house in a few weeks due to Covid. Plus, I have tint, so you know its not me!
