What did you do to your Kia Stinger today?

As an Amazon Associate we earn from qualifying purchases.
Most car forums are frequented by car enthusiasts and we like to modify our cars. Being part of this group I can tell you that we don't modify cars because it's a good investment, or because we care about what the next purchaser wants. It's usually an addiction, and admittedly a very poor financial investment, but I like to think of it as investing in your own happiness, you only live once! i think the biggest problem is once the new mod you got is installed the cycle restarts and you just start looking at the next thing, it's kind of a vicious cycle haha
The best explanation I've heard. We all make bad financial investments. I've made more than my share.

Guilty. Can't stop myself. If I can't get it off my radar, I'm going to share.:D
I’m not sure if making your friends suffer is an admirable trait.

Couldn't wait any longer: went and got my TSW wheels and Michelins put on. Didn't notice till the pic in the carport (second pic) that the wheels were filthy. :p Also, I noticed, especially on the LF wheel, that the gloss black face of the spokes, on the extreme ends, have somehow managed to wear (or start wearing) through. Heh!? I guess it could be my fault, if I stored that wheel face down on the shelf all winter. I immediately went into the shed and flipped the OE wheels face up (don't know what I was thinking before!?). Anyway, after washing all four wheels, I got out the gloss and flat black touchup and did everything that showed bare metal; including some very tiny dings that are no doubt road attrition. The disadvantage of black wheels is that the tiniest bare metal speck shows up. The advantage of black wheels is that the tiniest dot of black touchup paint makes them invisible (from five, six feet away).:D

Cool! How long before you got them? Seen it on amazon but won't be on stock till April.

Seen them on K8 but it looks like there out of stock too!

I think it took about4-5 days on amazon. It was cheaper too than getting it from Mishimoto directly.

Last weekend, I successfully installed the Mishimoto Oil Catch Can. I recorded and processed a video how-to as well. The Mishimoto instructions were helpful, but it's challenging in some areas, not as easy as they say it is for the average DIYer.

Winters off, Summers on! Painted a set of OEM Staggered 19s late last summer and I finally get to see them on. I LOVE them!
