What did you do to your Kia Stinger today?

That's pretty cool. Car looks great too.
I notice none of the houses have grass in their front yards. Very different than here in Oz.

It's a water thing. We live in a desert so our yards are "water-conscious." Our rainfall total last year was 15cm (6")

It looked like a nice neighbourhood but just bizarre with no grass anywhere. Thought you may have been in desert country.

I think he's in Arizona (or New Mexico). Areas with water scarcity that make Texas seem like a moderate climate - the daytime high rarely dips below 20C in the winter and the AVERAGE daytime high for June, July and August is 40C+. Usually gets close to 50C at least a few days a year. Highest ever recorded temperature in AZ was 128F or 53.3C, hotter than the record for Oz.. And CA holds a record even hotter than that (somewhat disputed) at ~56.7C.

I don't know that much about Oz, but I'm guessing people who live in the interior (I hear not many do, but that's kind of what living in AZ/NM would be like - a few cities and miles and miles of emptiness) wouldn't bother wasting precious water on keeping their grass green either.. Those kinds of decorations really took off here in NorCal and SoCal as well, after the last drought that lasted several years.

Jeez and I thought it was hot here. I can see why they have no grass then. Its why most of the population of Australia live by the coast. Deserts aren't very hospitable.

Don't forget that the hottest temperature recorded in California was in the Death Valley, which has a very specific climate... but yeah, Arizona and California have a quite hostile climate, especially since Cali's getting all its water sucked up by Nestle and it rains only once a month if they're lucky.
Cali has had fire issues longer than Australia mostly because of that (just on a smaller scale that Australia I believe). Here's a clip from Cali:

Amazing video. California certainly has had its fair share of fires in the last few years.

I tried to sneak a peak of his plate, but he kept it "secret". :D From the look, I'd say he's from Arizona. "Zero scaping" is very common down there (we even have some 0-scapers around here). So, it's a regional (climate related) thing.

I did that last week front right as well. Gave it a good one but fortunately my OCD is as such that I had it fixed two days later. $150 out of pocket but will submit receipt to Global Warranty hopefully have my $150 back in 5 weeks.

Take it to a shop that fixes wheels for a living. Google it in your area you might even have a guy that’s set up mobile and will come to you. These guys are very good at what they do. This is what mine looked like and now you can’t tell even if you used a magnifying glass. Not the best picture but you can see I gave it a good one. :mad:E25D1D36-EE2A-4012-A14B-4AAE75DB0BA6.webp
