What did you do to your Kia Stinger today?

I've only had a chance to drive around town a bit with jb4 map1 + DIY intakes. A little more "swoosh", but that's it so far. Hoping to log today/tomorrow for map2.


Didn’t notice much gain on map 1?I’m so looking forward to spring and getting this Jb4 added car out and about

Sorry, I generally don't go WOT in traffic on 25 mph roads..

Edit: had a chance to drive a bit more today, and halfway through, felt a little disappointed, only to realize I'd been in Comfort the whole time. So, Comfort feels like a bad day on Sport now

No time to log yet. Will happen sooner or later - I don't have as much free time as I did when I was in my 20s

Did the VT snorkels yesterday. Will be working on DIY intakes that use the stock box after the new year.

Replaced my DIY intakes with new injens I found for a nice price on ebay and painted the plenum cover and support braces.

This intercooler is exactly 2.75X the surface cooling area of OEM one.

Gave her a rare Southwest Iowa winter hand wash. I have to use super hard well water, so I have a continuous battle with wicked water spotting no matter how fast I dry it. I've found that finishing up with Meguiar's Hybrid Ceramic Wax has almost stopped the water spotting (after about 4 applications). On another note, I close on my new house/property in Missouri on December 27th. Among my many reasons for relocating was to get away from the crappy gravel road I had to drive my Stinger on every day. My new place is on a paved state highway. So, I guess moving to another state is the biggest thing I will ever do to/for my Stinger.

Absolutely thrilled with this car... 2 weeks in. Today, the weather broke a bit, but not enough for a full wash and detail... But I was able to do a nice McGuires leather conditioning treatment on the full interior. Even softer than before! Great stuff!
