Took a pic of my new black vinyl roof , I painted the shark fin gloss black as well , I painted the license plate frames Snow White Pearl as well .......................wheels to be painted gloss black next and installing my M&S rear difusser .............

Looks great! I was thinking about painting or vinyling the back half of the roof and fin, this makes me want to do this more!

But umm...didn't you tell me over a year ago to avoid vinyl wrap on the roof cause it gets damaged easily?

Are you sealing and glossifying the wrap or the paint (or both)? I wasn't sure if you could improve the durability of vinyl?

I did , I'm going to be much more careful with this one , hence the sealer etc to keep it in good shape , plus I've learned that vinyl is somewhat "self healing" and with heat applied it will remove marks etc ...............hey if i'm not happy I'll peel it off and get it painted !

the vinyl , I'll be giving the paint a redo in a week or so , its Spring so she needs to be clayed , polished and sealed again ..................

On Friday, I installed my Street Guardian w/ Parking mode dash cam. Also hardwired the Uniden r3 and used the BlendMount.

Today, after having PPF installed for about 10 days on the entire front clip, I finally got around to ceramic coating.

Sprayed with McKee’s 37 Iron Remover, washed with Optimum pH balanced auto wash, “clayed” with Mother’s Detail Spray and Nanoskin Autoscrub Towel, polished with McKee’s 37 Coating Prep Polish, and finally coated with McKee’s 37 Paint Coating.

Finished up with the glass coating and wheel coating. Not a terrible way to spend 5 hours.

Ok i get it..
So there i am just fitted my new door scuff plates to my Stinger and decided to fire up the BBQ for a hot lunch and a few beers.
