What did you do to your Kia Stinger today?

I think a RED Rango is better though:thumbup:

lol yep shiny doo doo. Nah he altered the hue in the picture so it looks that colour.

LOL well it worked....

He got me I thought it was wrapped. My first thought was like "Why the hell will someone wrap the car that color?" But then I thought to myself that it probably cost him a lot of money so I kept my comments to myself.

Ah. That's clear. I wouldn't do it, because I really like the dark chrome.

I've been contemplating new wheels for some time and seeing all the Stingers out there with after market product is very tempting however I just couldn't bring myself to part with the factory wheels as they really do look great (and actually cost a lot more to replace than most after market wheels). I just felt they could be improved on with a subtle change from the stock silver grey colour to a (automotive OEM grade powder coated) high gloss black with the face then re-machined back to the original finish enhancing the outer to inner wheel contrast and resulting in an overall more aggressive look.

I enjoy seeing guys personalise their cars but as vehicles age I think its those than remain true to the original that retain the most appeal and value and the Stinger will definitely be a collectors car one day.

I completely agree on your ethic of "preserve original". And that is a fantastic mod to the OE GT rims.
