What did you do to your Kia Stinger today?

I'm from
Hmmm Bourbon.... I'd say cigar
Irish Whiskey... you are looking to pick a fight

Fresh Press without question.... as long as you aren't ruining the coffee with cream or sugar ;)
I'll also go Americano, Espresso, or flat white

Being about 1500 mi south of you by conservative estimate, the coffee tastes down here are a bit weird. Don't know how many places outside here specialize in Coffee with Chicory made into Cafe au Lait. Not only do you cut your beans with root powder but you then dilute 50/50 with whole milk. It's different but I can dig it. Like many traditions, started out as a poverty necessity but became a regional staple. Community Coffee is probly the most widely available company that sells Chicory Coffee.

People down here are desperate. Never trust a redneck selling boudain and chittlins out of a cooler on the side of the road. Now some crawfish etoufee or fried soft shell crab from more reliable sources is garbage seafood done right.

From interior to exterior to high performance - everything you need for your Stinger awaits you...
AEM air intake installed. Ripped up my knuckles installing. Next up the MBRP CatBack that just arrived. Getting the dealer to do that.
Catback is installed. Now I just need to replace the badges and I'm done.

Phase 2 Complete. The carpet felt like is was glued on the transmission hump so didn’t want to pull it off and not have it sit back down flat. When time provides I’ll take the back of the seats off and get the sides of the hatch. Doors still on the list too.26320EB2-EBEE-4847-BCDD-DDBB55B3E16F.jpeg3005D217-4B22-4E0D-8DE3-C8147217BD42.jpeg

I recently used 'kilmat' on my trunk and under passenger seat... I wish I knew about this 'quitecoat'
Is spraying the only option? or can you use like a brush?
I would be nervous with spraying inside the car..

I wish Kia used more sound deadening materials.... very very minimum was found inside car and almost none undercarriage...

I used a brush. I spread out a thin light coat with a brush just to get the steel primed, then follow up with two more coats using a brush and dabbing it on. I put a heater in the car in between coats and use a heat gun in heavy areas to allow me to get to the next coat after about 15-20 minutes. You can roll, brush, or spray (thin) the material. kilmat is a good product. I used this because the company I work for makes the product so it was a no brainer for me. @StingaGT did you do your doors?

yes, I removed trim, window regulator and applied kilmats. I love it. you should put some of that quitecoat on doors too. you will notice significant noise reduction. also, it feels very nice when you are closing doors :)
I also sprayed 3m rubberized undercoating around front and rear wheel walls. this significantly reduced noise during highway driving.

@StingaGT How was removing the window regulator? I planned on going through the speaker. Guess I have to be careful not to get on the glass? Figure I will get to the wheel wells when I take off wheels to ceramic coat. Hopefully soon. Winter coming fast.

just do step 4,5,6 from above link. and the pull the glass all the way up by hand and use tape to hold the glass.

and from above link, just do step 11, window regular won't completely come out because of door handle cables, but it will give you enough clearance to apply sound deadener. don't let the regulator to hang on those door cable and use some tape so that you are not putting weight on the cables.

I was also nervous before doing it, but it's really easy.

I got a tiny dent in the rear quarter panel. It won't show up in pictures but super annoying. Has anyone tried the hot glue pull methods on the stinger. I'm worried about pulling a chunk of paint off while pulling the dent.
I have that as well. I noticed it a day or two after purchase. I thought my eyes were playing tricks on me and maybe it wasn’t really a dent and it was the way the sunlight reflected off the vehicle Because I know I didn’t hit anything.

But "whether the stone hits the pitcher, or the pitcher hits the stone, it's going to be bad for the pitcher." Something hit you, probably getting the car off the boat or similar careless minions handling our cars. Frankly, I'm surprised that they make it to the dealers' lot almost without a mark. Paintless dent removal is reportedly the answer for this. I would never try this at home. (welcome, by the way :D)
